"We booked this room during a terrible storm at 8pm. My friend had called previously to confirm the room was available before booking on Expedia. Unfortunately, the owner canceled and said the room was destroyed by a previous client and he could not book it. To understand what was going on, we called and got a different response. "We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the bus station. The reception staff were welcoming, helpful and spoke good English. The rooms seemed to have been recently upgraded. The room was very clean and adequate. None of the bed side reading lights worked. There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Adjacent to the hotel is a large tea factory which operates 24/7 and was quite noisy. Opposite the hotel is a large gravel / aggregate business which is not a very attractive...
