"My expectations were set by the description and images which show a terrace and describe multiple rooms. That describes a hotel to me, but what you actually get is a room elsewhere in the town down an alleyway. It was fine, but not what i thought i booked. I never saw the terrace (a big part of the reason i booked) and am not sure it's even there, and nearly didn't find the location for check in as its up a hidden alley off the main street with no clear signage. "After several days in Rome and Venice, Simona and Valentina's home in Sarnico was an oasis. The two are wonderful, welcoming hosts. The apartment is beautiful (and spotless)-- thoroughly and thoughtfully modernized while retaining its historic charm.
