"We stayed here for 4 nights (2 adults with 2 grown up children) and it was fabulous for us. Location was perfect, beds are very comfortable, housekeeping is excellent, it has air conditioning which was great. We didn't have a car but bus and ferry stops are within a couple of mins walk. Our hosts Umberto & his wife were so nice and Umberto gave us very helpful advice and very interesting local knowledge, and he speaks very good English!. "On Monday the 17th a day before our departure from the hotel the cleaners never bothered to clean the room claiming that we had on the door the don’t disturb sign which was not true. We removed the sign at 11.30 when we left the hotel. The reception offered a clean towels but after demanding that the room has to be cleaned they called the chambermaid to clean the room. Also they called the plumber to to fix the hand basin block."
