The bus stop, a bakery, a spa hotel with restaurant and the outdoor pool are in the immediate vicinity. The winter sports resorts are within a few kilometers.

The cozy and functional apartment is ideal for 2 persons (20m2). The bedroom with double bed is directly connected to the bathroom (shower / WC). In the living room area there is the additional possibility to convert the sofa to the bed. The kitchen is functionally furnished with coffee machine, refrigerator, stove and combisteamer. 

Outside, a small seat invites you to linger. From here, the view sweeps over the small garden to the lake and to the mountains. A place to unwind!
