We were told we'd be added to a whatapp group which we have never been added, noone came to collect bins/change towels etc. On 1st day we called reception but we didn't want to call everyday for that... "A friend and her daughter and I stayed here for 4 days. We walked all over the island, enjoyed the lux beach facility accessible to guests for free and did a day trip to Bergama. Easy drive from Istanbul. Great restaurants and shops. I'm a Turkish speaker, so it was easy for me, but this is mostly a vacation spot for Turks, so English is not so common. Hotel staff was super helpful and friendly. Lovely poolside breakfast buffet. I will definitely stay here again if I am in Cunda. "
