Ideally located near the center of the village (400 m) and leaning against the side of the village hill with a splendid sea view, the house is spacious with a large plot located in the heart of the Solenzara vineyards.
Tenants who have spent their holidays appreciate the tranquility of the place and the proximity to the beach of Solenzara. Not overlooked.
The renovation of the terrace and the construction of the swimming pool were carried out in winter 2011.

Super séjour à Sari Solenzara
La villa était très bien équipée Le pool house est un vrai plus avec sa cuisine d'extérieure Proche de la ville et de la mer La villa sera prochainement rajeuni par des travaux ce qui lui permettra de se faire une petite jeunesse Très bon séjour ,la corse regorge de plage magnifique et paisible et le contraste entre la montagne et la mer est extraordinaire Je recommande donc cette villa les yeux fermés si vous êtes en famille nombreuse

Traumvilla mit fantastischem Blick aufs Meer
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool .it Aussendusche/-toilettewar ideal, sauber und ausreichend geheizt. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Aussenküche mit Plancha, ideal für u sere Gruppe von 9 Leuten! Innen könnte das eine oder andere re oviert/gestrichen werden, aber man ist ja eige tlich nur zum Schlafen im Haus. Solenzara mit seinem hübschen Jachthafen, Restaurants, Geschäften und Eisdielen ist in 10 fussläufig zu erreichen. IdeLer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in die Bavella, zu Gumpen und auch Prto Vecchio und Bonifaccio sind sch ell mit dem Auto erreicht. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, nur eine Anfahrtsbeschreibung wäre hilfreich, unser Navy kannte die Strasse nicht! Ein toller Urlaub, vielen Dank!!!

Tolle Villa mit viel Platz. Besonders schön ist die Aussicht, der Pool, das Poolhaus mit zweiter Küche. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Besitzern. Wir werden bestimmt wieder buchen!

Die Aussicht ist unschlagbar
Wir konnten jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang von der Terrasse und von den Schlafzimmern aus sehen. Der direkte Blick auf das Meer ist wirklich traumhaft. Die Terrasse um den Pool lädt zum Verweilen für alle ein und bietet ausreichend Platz. Aufgrung von zwei Terrassen kann man sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen. Der Aussengrill funktioniert super und hat uns viele nette Grillabende beschert. Der Ort ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Eigentümer sind super nett und alle Menschen in den Geschäften und Restaurationen ebenfalls. Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub mit der Familie. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

+Coin extérieur piscine et poolhouse très agréable. Cuisine bien équipée. + emplacement top pour sillonner la région magnifique + accueil et conseils très bienveillants à l’arrivée et tout au long du séjour par Nathalie - serviettes et draps de lits facturés à part, 20 € par personne, devrait être compris dans le prix - propreté très insuffisante dans toute la maison - maison un peu dans son jus, mériterait d’être rafraîchie et rénovée. -pas de climatisation ni de moustiquaire au sous-sol. Humidité et chaleur très désagréables.

Très belle maison familiale, avec superbe vue et belle piscine
Belle maison spacieuse et bien équipée où l'on ne se marche pas sur les pieds. Entretien hebdomadaire de la piscine. Quelques petits défauts liés à l'usure du bâtiment mais rien qui puisse empêcher un excellent séjour!

Very nice and complete house with a lot of space
We were happy from the beginning until the end. A warm welcome from Franck and Cecile in their house. Double kitchen, clean and big outdoor pool with toys, enough beds and bed sheets, good possibilities to keep it cool in the house. A lot of stuff in the kitchen to feed a group of 12 people on high level etc. Also the location is perfect. Many things to do around there in the area. Nice little walk to the beach and the Marina through the local shops. Friendly multi-language people in Corsica.

Une semaine au Paradis
11 personnes, 9 motos, aucun d'entre eux n'a à dire quelque chose en négatif, Le titre veut tout dire, quel merveilleux endroit. Les propriétaires ont le contact sympathique, sont à l'écoute et l'accueil sur place est agréable. L'équipement est au top et la configuration est très bien pensée. Nous sommes tous enchantés par notre séjour en ce lieu, dans cette maison que l'on peut qualifier de luxueuse. Nous y reviendrons certainement et surtout nous la recommanderons aux amis cherchant un lieux agréable et avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Funktionales Haus zum Wohlfühlen für mehrere Familien! Umfangreiches Platzangebot und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für alle. Gleichzeitig: Viel Platz für Gemeinschaft! Sehr zentral gelegen! Die Angaben des Vermieters entsprachen in vollen Zügen der Lage vor Ort. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld mit dem mehrsprachigen Vermieter war sehr hilfreich! Das Domizil ist alltagstauglich gepflegt, sauber und sehr geräumig! Das Haus liegt mit Blick auf das Mittelmeer mitten drin (neben einem Weinberg und oberhalb der Polizei, Feurwehr und des Rettungshubschaubers) und soweit vom Geschehen entfernt, dass eine Mischung aus schneller Ereichbarkeit (Einkaufen, Wandern im Bavella-Tal mit Gumpen, verschiedene Strände, Ausgrabungen in Aleria etc.) und komplettem Rückzug (kaum Geräusche trotz naher Route Nationale) möglich sind. Auch weiter gelegene Touren (z.B. Menhire in der Nähe von Sartène) sind machbar! Das Haus eignet sich für aufgeschlossene Menschen und v.a. Familien, die eine Mischung aus familiärer Geborgenheit, gewachsener Hausgestaltung, Gemütlichkeit und Urlaub jenseits von Luxus schätzen!

Vacances en famille superbes
La maison est super pratique pour plusieurs familles. Nous étions deux familles avec des enfants d âges différents. Tout le monde a pu trouver son compte...les lève-tôt et les dormeurs. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et nous ont donné plein de conseils pratiques. La maison est bien située soit pour aller marcher soit pour aller se baigner. Le petit Solenzara est très charmant. A RECOMMANDER
Nous recommandons cette villa les yeux fermés. Cette maison est très appréciable avec ses 3 niveaux, elle est idéale pour passer un excellent séjour, la cuisine est équipée largement pour 12 personnes avec tout ce qu'il faut en électro ménager (plus que dans d'autres locations). La climatisation dans certaines pièces est très agréable avec les chaleurs qu'on connaît en Corse. Se sentir chez soi dans un endroit inconnu n'est pas négligeable ! Proche de la mer (10 min à pied), 5 minutes à peine du centre ville.... un primeur juste en bas de la rue... un supermarché à la sortie de la ville et deux petits dans le centre pour dépanner si besoin. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques (même si malheureusement nous n'avons pas fait leur connaissance), réactifs à la moindre demande... Merci aussi à Laurence pour sa serviabilité et son accueil lors de notre séjour. Nous étions 12 dans la maison (3 familles) sans être les uns sur les autres. Quant aux activités proposées : il existe un site à 5 minutes de la maison qui propose de l'accro-branches, du paint-ball et du canyoning...... A faire sans aucune hésitation car ils sont très pros et le prix n'est pas excessif pour passer quelques heures dans les rivières accompagnés d'un guide. Je parle du canyoning car nous n'avons pas fait le reste. C'était un moment magique que nous avons passé avec les enfants. Le premier parcours est largement suffisant pour l'adrénaline.... Vous l' aurez donc compris : cette location est faite pour vous !

Schönes Haus mit leider vielen Mängeln
Das Positive vorweg: Das Haus liegt schön auf einer Anhöhe mit tollem Meerblick. Aber es wies etlicher Mängel auf, die in dieser Preisklasse inakzeptabel sind: Die Wohnung im Untergeschoss ist feucht mit typischem Kellergeruch. Die Wände (speziell im Bad o. Fenster/Lüfter) sporen, teilw. bröselt der Putz. Die Einrichtung der Kellerwohnung erinnert an einen Jugendclub (Sofa abgewetzt, Tischplatte durchgebogen) Das hintere Zimmer (ehem. Garage) wirkt lieblos und ungemütlich. Im Vergleich zum Rest des Hauses ist das Untergeschoss fast eine Zumutung. Die Zufahrt ist ein ausgefahrener steiler Feldweg, ohne Jeep kaum zu schaffen. Der eigentliche Parkplatz und Haupt-Eingang ist noch weiter oben und definitiv nur noch mit Allrad zu erreichen. Aber selbst wenn, das elektrische Tor ist kaputt und soll es auch bleiben, weil man kommt ja eh nicht hin. Schlecht geputzt: Fensterscheiben völlig verschmiert, Lebensmittelresten im Kühlschrank, Duschen verschmutzt, die Außenlampen trieften vor Fett vom Grillen, der Gasgrill saudreckig (Steakreste, millimeterdicke Schichten auf dem Rost, der 1-L-Fett-Auffangbehälter lief bereits über. Auf unsere Reklamation hin wurde an einigen Stellen nachgereinigt. Die Polsterauflagen der Poolliegen und ein Sitzsack waren völlig verdreckt und stanken. Der Besitzer hat sie nach unserer Reklamation direkt weggeworfen. Ersatz gab es keinen. Insgesamt drei Stühle brachen unter mir zusammen (86 kg bei 193 cm), ich habe mich dabei sogar leicht verletzt. Die Küchenausstattung ist mäßig, viele Küchenwerkzeuge sind in schlechtem Zustand, kaputt oder waren verdreckt. Die zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder waren allesamt platt (keine Pumpe) und defekt. Viele Glühbirnen kaputt, leider auch Poolbeleuchtung und Außentoilette. Es gab keine Ersatzbirnen. Nach Reklamation wurden uns zwei Birnen gebracht, die allerdings nicht passten. Die zugesagte Reparatur der Poolbeleuchtung fand nicht statt. Der Pool wurde in der ersten Woche gereinigt, in der zweiten nicht mehr, es bildeten sich Algenablagerungen. Zusammengenommen sind das zu viele (teilweise kleine) Mängel in einem Haus dieser Preisklasse. Wie sprachen mit dem Eigentümer vor Ort, er zeigte sich erst einsichtig, wiegelte aber auch ab (gutes Personal ist schwer zu finden) und sagte Nachbesserung zu, die größtenteils nicht erfolgte. Die zugesagten Rückerstattung erfolgte nicht. Der Ton wurde zunehmend ruppiger und unhöflich.

Maison très agréable et pratique
La maison est conforme à la description faite sur le site, les pièces sont spacieuses et agréables mais c'est sur la grande terrasse autour de la piscine que nous avons passé le plus de temps. La petite cuisine, la douche et le WC près de la piscine sont de ce fait très pratiques. La vue de la maison est magnifique. La boulangerie, poissonnerie, épicerie sont à 2 minutes à pieds, pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour de petites courses. Le bas de la rivière Solenzara est également accessible à pieds. La petite route qui mène à la maison est un peu escarpée mais on s'habitue vite à la prendre en voiture. La maison convient parfaitement à un grand groupe (nous étions 6 adultes et 5 enfants). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Corse et la maison y a beaucoupe contribué. Le contact avec les propriétaires et la personne qui nous a accueillis sur place a été très bon.

Tolle Villa!
Ganz tolles Objekt, genau wie beschrieben, sauber und hochwertig ausgestattet. Sehr ruhig, man ist ganz für sich. Äußerst netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter, der zudem sehr gut englisch spricht. Wirklich absolut empfehlenswert, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden im nächsten Jahr gerne wiederkommen!

très agréable villa
Maison bien agencée pour recevoir plusieurs familles ou plusieurs générations(parents / adolescents) commerces de première nécessité très facilement accessibles à pied : pain frais chaque matin! très bon confort très bon accueil des propriétaires à notre arrivée, et disponibilité de la personne de confiance pour notre départ : nous partions à 7h30 le samedi matin! Nous recommanderions volontiers cette villa.

Confort, repos et tranquillité
Villa conforme à la description, tant l'intérieur (calme, spacieuse, fonctionnelle) qu'à l'extérieur (vue, piscine chauffée - bien appréciée les premiers jours un peu frais, cuisine extérieure, tranquillité). Nous étions 3 couples et un jeune enfant à partager la villa, chacun y a trouvé son compte. Seul bémol: un chemin d'accès en terre/pierres un peu escarpé, qui gagnerait à être rendu un peu plus praticable, surtout après une bonne pluie!...
