It is located right off of Hwy 35, only .9 miles from Sardis Lower Lake and 1 mile from Sardis Lake. It is only 19 miles from Vaught-Hemingway Stadium. 30’x20’ covered parking with motion sensors lights for multiple vehicles, truck and boat (has a cord reel). Screened in porch with table and chairs, also available is a fish cleaning table, ice machine.
