"Just traveling through on our way back from southern Ohio and wanted to make the trip shorter to Columbus. Lovely room, very clean and comfortable. Nice sized parking lot and reasonable cost. Enjoyed watching some football on TV with a pizza from a local establishment. Would definitely stay here again."

"This was the 3rd time we stayed here and we were told that the 2nd time we were there that the bath mat was wet and left on the floor by the bed and used to clean up floor. Then he said it had to be thrown away. Mind you we didn't even know this happened and we are talking about a $3 bath mat. We were also told we were going to be charged a $35 deposit for our stay the 3rd time. He did forgo the deposit but we were not very happy."

"Needs some attention. Lose the plastic sheets over the mattress. Hard to sleep every time we moved it would wake us up. Need a luggage rack so suitcase doesn’t have to sit on floor. AC doesn’t keep up in keeping bedroom cool. Add a couple towel hooks in bathroom. VRBO website difficult. POSITIVE: Quiet, easy to get to, good parking, has all the basics you would need. Needs a few improvements but overall for location not too bad."

"I really never received any information really about checking in or out. Received email with code to door. Got there had no water at bathroom sink told host said probably clogged pipe never offered to come look. Messaged at 9 am about checking out n still haven’t heard back"

"We had a great stay at Franklin house. The home was clean and kept up and in a very peaceful setting yet close to things we wanted to do. Kathryn was available when/if we needed her and she is a wonderful Host. We were there for a weekend to visit Amish country, Serpent Mound and Arc of Appalachia. We definitely would recommend staying here for a nice get-away."

"Very happy with our stay! Right outside of a little downtown area and the police department is across the street. It was very quiet, which we enjoy. There are two bedrooms upstairs - queen bed and twin bed. Additionally the living room has a queen sleeper inside of the couch. Plenty of dishes, towels, and anything else you would need. Didn’t see a single bug, always a win in the middle of summer when we stay somewhere. Only two recommendations on the property are if you use the boiler setting on...

"This property is absolutely stunning! It was more than enough room for our family of 7, with room to spare. We all really enjoyed fishing in the pond, there are tons of fish, and a giant snapping turtle that my youngest unintentionally caught. There really is no need to leave the house, there is plenty to do on the property. We had a blast and made so many memories!"
