Italian (famous Mama Mia’s)and Asian restaurants are there...both SO yummy!

Unfortunately, I insist on a break it/steal it/stain it you buy it policy. Fees will be deducted from your security deposit.

No smoking is permitted.

To Get to the Action:

15 min walk to Broadway --> shopping, restaurants, bars, and movie theater.
There is no shoulder unless you follow the paths through the woods and connect to Route 9. Totally do-able!

5 min drive to Saratoga Horse Race Track or take a quick Uber/Lyft there.

5 min walk to the heart of Saratoga State Park which has golf, swimming pools, mineral & massage spas, walking and biking trails. Check out the many natural water springs known for healing properties!

1 min drive or 7 min walk to Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) - rock concerts, ballet, opera, classical concerts, folk music, jazz music weekend...wonderful venue! Save on parking fees and walk!

10 min drive to Ballston Spa where Antique shopping abounds. Great lunch spots. Next Door Cafe is outstanding for dinner. Stone Soup Antiques on Route 50 is incredible!!

20 min drive to Saratoga Lake and the Kayak Shack. Rent Kayaks and paddle up or down the river. Great for kids and adults alike.

15 min drive to the Saratoga Casino. Gamble on the slots, cards, roulette tables. Vapor nightclub is also here...dancing, live bands, DJs.

Lake George is a great day trip North. Outlet stores, beach, hiking, shopping, mini-golf, arcades, boat rides, ferry rides, restaurants.

Space and Comfort + Cleanliness
Easy to reserve, easy to communicate, and plenty of space for a college visit weekend. (Near Skidmore campus -- 8 minutes driveway to driveway.) Big shower, good furnace, fine hot water and fine furniture. We were comfortable to watch a scary movie, and enjoy eating take-out together (although the kitchen has plenty of cooking supplies, too). We had two cars and parking is easy. The main road is active, but not noisy. It might be on the website, but bring slippers, to care for the carpets. (Cleaning supplies, too, which we appreciated.) We would come again, which is generally our highest review.

The townhouse was just as advertised and the host's suggestions on places to see and spots to eat were perfect. The only thing that can be a problem is the driveway is a little short if you have long vehicle or larger pickup truck.

We stayed the weekend for a wedding. The townhouse was just a described. Plenty of space, very comfortable, and a great location. Backed up to state park with plenty of amenities including a great golf course. Our host Lydia was wonderful. Very helpful. Responded immediately. Thank you. If we need to stay in the Spa citer again there is no doubt this will be our choice.

We had a great stay at Lydia's Saratoga townhouse. It was nice having a garage to park our car. All the appliances worked well and were easy to figure out . A nice plus was being able to bring our dog. Would like to return sometime for a longer stay.

Fall at Saratoga Springs
The accommodation was clean, convenient, and in great proximity to the lovely Saratoga Springs Park with wonderful walking trails and gorgeous scenery. Wonderful restaurants are only a short jaunt away as well as good shopping. Our host was easily accessible and very helpful. This was a nice spot for a short three day vacation.

Great Place For Family Weekend
We had a wonderful stay for a family weekend for two adult couples. Loved the location - hiking trails through the wonderful Saratoga Spa State Park and an easy walk into the charming town of Saratoga Springs made this an ideal location for us. The accomodation was clean and comfortable. En suites for each couple was a great bonus. Our host was so helpful with tips and recommendations and extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. No problem for us, but the proximity to town does come with a moderately trafficed road so be prepared for some light road noise. Parking was perfect - use of the garage and driveway worked well. I do heartily recommend this VRBO!

Very convenient
This is a very cute townhome close to all the major attractions in Saratoga Springs. My older daughter and I stayed for a weekend and it met our needs very well. We each had our own bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the size of the townhome was just right for our purposes. The kitchen has the basics for preparing/serving simple meals. It is nicely decorated and kept very neat and tidy. And Lydia was very responsive to any questions I had. The location is actually a benefit and a bit of a con. The town home sits on a very busy road - Rt 50. It is a major road through this area accommodating a lot of automobile traffic as well as tractor trailers, construction vehicles, etc. In addition there is a major building project going on across the street. This was the only drawback for me as I like quiet. I recognize this would not be of concern for most people, but if you are looking for a serene spot, this might not meet your needs.

Lynne's townhouse is super clean and a well oiled machine, she thinks of everything, right down to towels left for your four legged family members dirty paws! I have two dogs who did not travel with me but we appreciated the fact that they were left for us! Very spacious and comfortable for me, my husband and my adult daughter. LOVED that each bedroom had their own bathroom within the room(s).Excellent location!!!!! Wonderful Stay
Our stay was perfect!! We stayed with another couple for a concert at SPAC. The location was so convenient to everything. The townhouse interior was so clean and we loved the set up and decor. We will definitely be back. Thanks for having us!!
