Electrical issues with NO RESPONSE/ RESOLUTION
We are very frustrated with our lack of support and help we received. The house overall was really nice. However, circuits would trip randomly. Sometimes a light would turn on and off without instigation, and other times just closing a door would turn off another light. In the bathrooms some outlets didn’t work at all.
One day the AC and most of the electrical went out at dinner time when we were trying to warm up food for the kids and family– the oven and microwave were not working with the fridge going in and out. It was also 90+ degrees outside. We contacted the local manager Braella and we spoke with her about getting an electrician out. At first she was very responsive and was working on getting an electrician to come but wasn’t sure about the status of the electrician. She also said she would check with Vacasa about moving us and giving us options to choose from. I later received an email with only one option that wasn’t suitable for our family, so I called Vacasa and spoke with someone different about not wanting to move and wanting to get an electrician out. She told me she was able to schedule an electrician between 8-9 the next morning. We changed our plans to wait for the electrician, but they never came. We connected the local manager Braella and she stopped responding completely and never bothered to check if we got electricity again. Luckily the electricity eventually returned, but with the previous glitches of randomly losing it. It was extremely frustrating.
