3 bedrooms plus sleeper sofa [sleeps 2], 3 bathrooms, very spacious living area with extra dining room, kitchen with brand new appliances and laundry room with brand new appliances as well, anything you need we have ready for you. [ beach chairs, towels, beach towels and etc.

You can easily reach any location in town from our house within few minutes, such as Crescent beach (2 minutes driving), Turtle beach(10 min), Siesta public beach(10min) and famous St. Armand's circle with access to Lido beach ( 20min)

Traveled here with great aunts and Grandma. Home has no steps or inclines that made moving around difficult with wheelchair/walker. Very open floorplan, screened in pool was fantastic. Everything very clean, great location, very quiet. Ideal for quiet family vaca.

Our family had a very comfortable stay at this property while visiting family in Sarasota. Owner was very helpful and prompt about any concerns we had after checking in. Very clean and has all necessities to make for a pleasant stay!

Pleasant stay
House was clean and comfortable, lots of space in 3 bedroom 2 baths. Unfortunately pool was unheated so it was too cold to swim in. Convenient to Siesta beaches . We especially loved the free trolley that’s brought us to beaches and restaurants.

Peaceful and relaxing
The property location is in a quiet neighborhood but close to places you may want to go. We relaxed by the pool, ordered pizza in one night and went to Siesta Key one night. The house was clean. It is dated, as pictures show, but had everything we needed. Host replied to my messages promptly and we had no issues. We enjoyed our little getaway.

Sarasota Trip
We had a group of 8 family adults and everyone enjoyed the property. I had contact information for the property owner if I needed anything but it was smooth sailing. The neighborhood was very quiet and convenient to shopping, dining and beaches. We loved it!

Easy and clean VRBO
The Siesta Key house was conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. We only booked two nights for a quick trip. The house was well equipped for a quick trip. The pool area was perfect for coffee and cocktails.

Cozy off the Key, but close to everything
We came down to Siesta Key for our second baby moon, this time opting to bring the grandparents to watch our first. This place had everything we need to for our stay! While we were off the Key, we were still a short drive away and were able to go there every day to the beach, shops, and restaurants. My wife and her mom were also able to enjoy the neighborhood on their daily walks. And on days we didn't want to go to the beach, the pool was right there. I would definitely recommend this place for a large family, or two small families, for their stay in Sarasota/Siesta Key.

Wonderful Stay and Great Location!
We had a great time during our five night stay at this property. It was spacious and clean, and we loved having our own pool! It was a very short drive to the beach (5-7 minutes) and the owner provided everything we needed for a great experience at the beach. Everyone on our group had a great time. The house was well equipped and was less than a mile to the grocery and other stores. One minute drive to Phillipi Creek Village. The host Karl was awesome and very responsive. We will definitely look to stay here on our next trip to Sarasota. Highly recommend this rental!

Excellent house!
We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed every moment. The pool was clutch at the end of the day and we spent every evening out there. The rooms were clean and comfortable and everything was well stocked. It is a great deal. We will be back!!
