Salty Breeze Home w/ Guest Suite, Heated Enclosed Salt Pool/Spa

This home is a spacious 4 bedroom/3 bath haven. It is complete with an enclosed, heated pool for the kids to play in and a heated spa with jets, perfect for a relaxing evening for the adults. The pool also has night lights which can be turned to an array of colors. Complete with lounge chairs to make any time of day or night the perfect mode of relaxation.

The home has almost double of almost everything in kitchen appliances and supplies since it has a full kitchen and kitchenette in the guest suite. The kitchens are fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils and appliances. You will find basic ingredients in the kitchens such as sugar, flour, coffee etc.... There is a large screen smart TV with cable in both the living room of the main house and bedroom of the suite along with high-speed internet and Wi-Fi.

3 bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the other bedroom has 1 bunk bed with a full-size bed on the bottom and twin bed on top. 2 of the bedrooms with queen beds each have a pack and play for an infant or small child.

There are 3 full bathrooms with each having a bathtub/shower unit. There is a laundry room in case you need to wash some clothes before you head home.

This home is close to a busy street but with the brand-new windows, the house is quiet inside. The fence around the property provides privacy for all your activities.

Nearby, the little town of Pinecraft attracts lots of Amish. There is a fairly large influx of Amish in this neighborhood especially in the winter months and can be seen walking or riding their bikes.

The home is located 5-7 miles from Siesta Key Beach and Lido Beach. It is also within walking or biking distance of the Pinecraft park. There is a huge array of shopping at your fingertips and some amazing Amish-food restaurants such as Der Dutchman and Yoder's just down the road. No car? No problem! Just a short walk to the nearest SCAT bus stop, and you can be at any location within a few minutes.

Great Florida Home
This is a great place to stay. Close to everything and only minutes from Lido Beach. The house is spacious and clean. We did have an issue with the hot tub working, but the hosts responded right away and sent someone over to fix it. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for multi-family trip
This property worked well for our three families traveling for a kids' sporting event. We had 5 adults, 4 teenagers and 1 child, and there was plenty of space for everyone. We liked that each family felt like they had their own space (and their own bathroom.) The house was very well equipped with everything you may need (towels, portable cribs, pool toys, beach toys, beach chairs, toiletries, coffee, etc.)

Good house for a large family
This was an overall decent house, but there were issues with plumbing, and the pool smelled like sewage. We enjoyed our stay and the location, but there were some minor issues that could have been improved.

Not as expected, pretty cheaply put together
We did not have the best experience! The place was pretty clean but there should be more towels and wash clothes. We had 8 towels and 8 wash clothes and it is advertised that it sleeps 11 people! Having so few towels and wash clothes made for doing laundry every day. To make matters worse our dryrer didn't work the entire 2 weeks we were there! We were told multiple times someone would fix it. There were 3 different guys there at 3 different times to look at it but they never fixed it. All it would of taken was to install a new dryer as we did find out later that it has not been working properly for the last 2 weeks before we were there! We were told we would be reimbursed some money for this dryer inconvience but we have been home for almost 2 weeks and we have yet to see a refund! The guest house bed frame needs some help too. The headboard is slanted downward thus you were always laying with your feet slightly elevated. Not a comfortable position! :( Sorry to say but I can not recommend this place. The Burkholder family

Pros and Cons of house
The pros: 1. clean house 2. enough bedrooms for our family of 6 adults plus a baby(we rented the apartment too so that gave us the extra room) 3. Hot tub was great 4. dining room table big enough for whole family to eat at 5. Even though house was on a busy street you didn't hear the traffic inside the house but definitely outside you did. 6. Had 3 beach chairs however 1 was broke. 7. Had beach toys for the little one 8. Close to Yoder's 9. close to several Publix's. Cons 1. I've stayed in nicer places with VRBO for less money and the family fit in it too. 2. No instructions or welcome booklet for the house. 3. TV is all streaming however some people forgot to sign out of their channels which we took advantage of. 4. Kitchen is not very well equipped if you're going to do any cooking. I've stayed at houses with alot more. There were no spices which people usually leave behind at other houses. There was salt and pepper. No wine glasses. 5. Gas grill outside is very rusted, dirty looking. 6. Pool water was cold. We assumed it was heated but it's not so we used the hot tub every night. 7. The house could use some updating. 8. If you leave any item that is yours at the house the host will charge you $25 plus shipping to send it back to you. I've never heard that one before. In all it was an OK stay. We managed with what we had and still enjoyed our trip. We travel to Sarasota every year sometimes renting same house but we won't this one.

Perfect home for family reunion
We went to Sarasota for a family reunion and was looking for a place for my parents, brother and family, and our family to all stay together. This place fit the bill! Enjoyed the pool and playing games, and there were places for everyone to sleep. Worked out very well!

The property is as it is advertised. We loved the location. It was in the center of everything, minimal 10-15 minute commute to wherever we went and the airport. The layout was great for our party. Infant and parents stayed in the small unit with the kitchenette. Great quiet space for naptime. We loved the pool and hot tub too. Thank you for a wonderful place to enjoy our stay in beautiful Sarasota.

Great house for a Sarasota vacation
A nice house with everything we needed for a beach vacation. There were 7 of us and there were plenty of beach chairs, coolers and beach towels. House was comfy and well supplied. A/C worked great. Pool and jacuzzi are were very nice and both were heated (for April). House is on a busy street but never heard the cars once inside. We had other friends and family staying in the area so the location was great for beaches, stores, restaurants and going to downtown Sarasota.

Everything was very nice and there were thoughtful touches to make our stay more comfortable - like K-cups being provided for coffee and beach chairs for our use. The only issue is that it fronts a pretty busy street making parking a challenge if you have multiple vehicles.

Great Couples retreat getaway
We had an amazing time! The house was very nice it was clean and had EVERYTHING we might have needed. Extra towels, toiletries, etc The pool and jacuzzi we basically lived in the entire time we were at the house. I can’t complain about this house at all not even the beds. The beds were completely comfortable the home was TRULY home away from Home.

We enjoyed Salty Breeze.
The house was immaculate. There were eight of us and there was plenty of room. The owners took great care to think of everything: pool toys, fire extinguisher, heating pad, first aid kit, etc. The house was beautifully decorated and the swimming pool and hot tub were a lifesaver due to red tide. Our whole family truly enjoyed ourselves.

Excellent place! Had an issue with the toilet that was fixed promptly. This place is close to the beach and the private pool makes for great evenings. We will definitely rent this place again. We had an amazing time. Plenty of space etc. worth it!!!!!!

Our experience at salty breeze
Overall, our stay at this house was extraordinary. We experienced great comfort in this spacious house. The outdoor pool was by far a great feature and provided us with lots of fun. Sarasota always is a great place.

The pictures don’t do this property justice!! Great location, ample room for large group, very clean/modern, and well supplied with everything you may need. The perfect VRBO!! we would definitely stay here again, we loved it. Also, go eat at Yoder’s, the Amish restaurant and market in the neighborhood. So delicious.!!!
