The brand new kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Leave the dishwasher to work on cleaning up as you watch the sunset, before heading to one of the three bedrooms for bed. Between a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two twin-size beds in the second room, and a another king-size bed in the third bedroom, and sofa-bed in living room everyone will have a lovely place to sleep. Beautiful views from almost every room - great location!
We loved our stay, the views of white pelicans in the water just off the back of our house was incredible. The pool was set to a warm temperature, and the house was as described. We are planning to use the same place for our next stay in Sarasota!

Great Property and Setting
We stayed at the property with three families with for a soccer showcase event at IMG Academy, and really enjoyed are stay. The setting on the water is beautiful and relaxing, and the description and photos of the house on VRBO were an accurate depiction of the property. If you enjoy fishing, its also a great fishing spot with several different species that you can fish for right of the backyard.

Great Location in South Sarasota
Our family decided we wanted to explore the Sarasota area during our Christmas break this year. The house we stayed in was a perfect choice for our family of 4 and older dog. The heated pool sits right on the water's edge of the bay and the outdoor patio area was great for stargazing at night. The house was stocked with everything we needed except our own groceries. The location was a nice distance to downtown Sarasota or Venice to the south. We would definitely stay here again!

The accomodations were great and very inviting. The pool was amazing! Sergey the host could not have been more helpful and provided great resources for the area. Just a couple of suggestions, there is an ant problem on the sun deck that needs addressed and more USB outlets would be an added plus. Beautiful area with great view! I stayed at this wonderful home for 3 days with my husband and our 19 year old daughter.....we also brought our small dog. This was our first VRBO experience and we were so happy we picked this home. What a view!
The house was awesome. Exactly as pictured. The host provides everything you will need and more. He was very responsive as well. The pictures do not do the view justice. We spent alot of our time fishing, swimming in the pool and enjoying the view. The location is perfect pretty much 10-15 mins from everything. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Although this property is what I would call waterfront rather then oceanfront, the views are beautiful. House was nice . It is the little things. We had a problem with the pool, texted property manager and responded right way. Taken care of by end of day. Kitchen could have a little more supplies. There should be a binder in the house with restaurants and things to do in the area. Not flyers that are outdated. This helps with the people staying there to know where to go or what is good in the area.

Clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood!
Our family of 4 stayed the last week of April in shoulder season after spring break and before the mass of tourists. The place is very clean and comfortable. Had coffee every morning by the pool while watching fish jump in the intercoastal water way. Watched a beautiful sunset each night with a drink over the same water while kids played in the heated pool. The house is in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds of siesta key village (about 15 minutes) but close enough to the beach to load up the supplied beach chairs and umbrella to head over any time. We made trips to St Aramands Circle / Lido Key Beach (22 mins) and Longboat Key (35 mins). Beds were comfortable and two large smart TVs in main areas as well as one in Master bedroom were great to end the day. Kids had their own room. Plenty of closets and modern washer/dryer was nice to go home with all clean cloths in the suitcase! Five minute drive to Sarasota Publix, Target, gas stations, restaurants. Enjoyed the stay.

THE BEST TIME BY THE BAY!
We had a wonderful time at this home on Sarasota Bay! The house is beautiful and updated inside, and the HEATED POOL was amazing! Every detail, from the the new tile floors and the updated decor, to the amazing pool area and view was just lovely! This was a trip spent with me, my husband and our adult children and their partners. We all enjoyed our time together, staying at this BEAUTIFUL HOME. This home included everything you would have in your own home +! We also spent one of the afternoons with other friends visiting us from Port St Lucie… We all raved about how gorgeous and comfortable this home this was. I would recommend staying at this VRBO! It was a trip we will never forget and included every amenity! Worth every penny! Thank you Sergiy!!

Fall break, family vacation
This was our first time at a VRBO, so we weren't sure what to expect. Everything was just as it was listed/shown in the pictures. Beds were comfortable, lots of space for everyone to hang out or to be by yourself. We had 7 adults, and a 17 year old. Pool was great, outside by the water was beautiful and we saw a manatee up close on the last day. We used the paddle board, and the beach chairs were great. The only con was that the house didnt have a box fan. Not a big deal, we bought one and left it there for the next group to use. Washer and dryer were nice to have. Beaches and restaurants were all close by. Host was easy to get a hold of with questions. We asked for a few more towels and they were delivered in just a few minutes. We would definitely stay here again, beautiful house!
