This is a great property..very quiet and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and bath. Very comfortable bed and great sitting area. Z was such a friendly and kind host to talk with. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay for a getaway
Z’s palace was not only beautiful but had everything I needed and more for my trip! The bed was comfy, had a full kitchen so I could save money and cook rather than eat out every night. Communication with her was so easy and she was super responsive! 10/10 would recommend and would stay again!!

We booked this very last minute when evacuating from a hurricane. Was very accommodating and welcoming. The place is beautiful, well-equipped, and comfy. Plus they let you bring your furry friends! I cannot recommend this place enough.

My hubby and I stayed here for 3 months and we enjoyed the location, and we made to feel welcome by the owner. Z became part of of us as if she were family❤️ we loved the property to just relax and take a walk in the neighborhood . The Sarasota area was fun to explore and easy to Seista Key. A Wonderful Stay
We chose this location because it was close to our daughter. We were very happy with how comfortable and clean everything was. Z welcomed us when we arrived with bottles of water in hand. My husband was excited that we could control the thermostat. We’ve stayed in other VRBOs where you can’t. We didn’t get to use the pool this time, but we’ll be back. So there’s always next time.

Sarasota Cottage
We had a lovely time. The accommodation was perfect, charming with lots of light and very comfortable. It's beautifully landscaped and quiet. The neighborhood is very pretty, with lovely trees, gardens, and friendly horses down the street. Our host was very gracious and a dog-lover herself. It was an 18-minute drive to Siesta Key, which was totally fine as we had the best of two worlds. Would happily stay again.

We stayed here originally because it was dog friendly. We were impressed with everything about the property. We met our host upon arrival. She was delightful and friendly. The outside of the property visually expresses relaxation. The inside was cleverly decorated and included everything one might need. The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. We cannot say enough good things about this place. We will definitely recommend to friends and family and will be staying here again.

All those 5-star reviews accurately reflect this property's value, and, no less, the reviewers' appreciation of Z and Alex's hard work and attentiveness. Spacious, very clean, high-quality workmanship and materials are just a few of the outstanding aspects of this unit, designated "The Cottage." The hosts were very responsive . . . replaced an in-wall air conditioner two hours after we reported its failure. We felt quite secure knowing our hosts were readily accessible and dedicated to making our stay a success, which it was.

Pet deposit is not returned
The property is very nice, but if you bring a pet do not plan on getting the deposit back as it is listed. After two weeks of not receiving the deposit back, I messaged the property owner. The owner stated she does not know what I am talking about and I would need to contact VRBO. The pet refund is set under the House Rules (set by the owner). I wish she would have been more cooperative with this situation. I find it a lost cause at this point.
