Great choice.
We highly recommend this hidden gem! Very comfortable environment with privacy and wonderful host. Bed was very comfortable and plenty of room in the unit. We had the large studio. We will stay there again for sure.

Great couple's get-a-way
Beautiful, clean, quiet and private. Short drive to restaurants, shopping and Siesta Key. We really enjoyed our stay. We didn't utilize the outside areas available to us but could see that they were wonderful. We had the opportunity to meet our host as we were leaving. She was a lovely lady and wanted to be sure we enjoyed our stay which was a nice gesture. We let her know how beautiful we thought her property was and thanked her for checking in. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely book again in the future.

Great find
Very spacious and spotlessly clean suite, which was attached to the main home. We had our own entrance and never heard a single sound from the main house. The kitchen was well equipped, had a full-size refrigerator and a fantastic two burner hotplate that heated up instantly and cooled down immediately. It was a great location for us as we were househunting in the area. I would definitely return.

Even better than we expected
The pictures do not do this place justice. It was seriously perfect. The bed was comfortable, the shower was fancy, and to our surprise, there was a whole little kitchen, including a toaster oven, stove top, microwave, sink, and refrigerator. Totally stocked with all of the dishes and kitchen utensil we might have needed. The location was perfect, just about 20 minutes from Turtle Beach, Myakka National Park, and St. Armand’s Circle, about 30 from Mote Laboratory and Aquarium. We loved it here and will absolutely be requesting to stay again if we are ever in town. Thanks Zlata!

Pleasantly surprised
After booking, I was concerned that the pictures might not accurately reflect the property and was a little uncomfortable with staying at someone's home. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the property. The pictures accurately reflected the rental property. It had a private entrance, which was nice. The host was friendly and accommodating. We rented the place for a week and worked outside in the gazebo which was wonderful! It certainly helped that we had beautiful weather the entire week too. I would definitely recommend renting this room. It was close to Sarasota and all the locations that we wanted to visit.

The most important things to me are the basics. Cleanliness, is it quiet, safe, are the facilities functioning properly. All those things were satisfied. It was within 2 miles of the Doctor's Hospital which was why I was in the area. The owner was very pleasant and professional. She responded promptly with any requests. The bed was very comfortable and the TV and internet services were very reliable. The fridge was large. Overall I was very happy here and will come again if I am in the area.
