You can catch the near by free trolley to Main St., St Armands Circle and Lido Key beach. There is a 40 acre park & Publix grocery store nearby. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, totally updated and comfortably furnished. We offer High Speed WIFI/Cable smart TV, washer and dryer, quality beds, linens and fully stocked kitchen. House is also equipped with beach chairs/towels, umbrellas, coolers and games. The living space is clean, open and bright. A screened in lanai faces the back garden and deck with BBQ. The master bedroom has a queen bed with adjacent bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two twin beds. There is a blow up bed if needed. The second bath is a shower/tub combo. Fenced back yard, RV and Boat parking available. Bike rental nearby delivers.. The Home offers all the comforts of home. Golfers - it is only 3 miles to Bobby Jones golf course. Beach lovers - it is a short 10 min drive to Lido Key beach and 15 min drive to Siesta Key Village and Beach. Also close to other attractions such as Ringling Museum, Mote Aquarium, Oriole Spring training, Benderson rowing facility and UTC Mall.
