Heated Pool Home in the Pinecraft area Close to Downtown and Beaches.

Built in 1925, Our Casaita Verde 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath home still retains its vintage charm but with modern touches. Conveniently located near Downtown Sarasota on Bahia Vista with easy drive to Lido Key, our World Famous Siesta Key or I-75 for longer adventures.

The Kitchen is open with Granite Counters and everything is included to make your stay comfortable. Even a Krups Coffee Maker for your morning Cup O’ Joe.

Enjoy watching the 55 inch flat screen TV with HD cable and stay in touch with the world with WI-FI internet. Lounge by the private pool or take in the beautiful evenings on the deck with your favorite beverage. Pet Friendly! Up to 2 medium sized dogs. We hope you will make our Casita Verde a permanent part of your Sarasota vacation.

***During colder weather we set our pools to 85 degrees from 8am to 8pm. It will take a few hours for the pool to heat up. We can't make it any hotter because the heater simply can't reach it due to the outside being so cold.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The décor of the house is very welcoming and comforting. We especially enjoyed having a pool on the property. The property manager is very good at promptly communicating to answer any questions we had before and during our stay.

Loved our little oasis
Great locale close to the Keys, house was perfect size for my husband, son and I. We loved the heated pool and the backyard. The road was very loud/busy made pulling in and out a bit dangerous only con, we would stay here again!

Great Stay!
The house is great with a nice small private pool that is great for your use. Nearby is an Amish community and fresh market that is a great stop. Beaches are a short drive away, 15min to Lido or Siesta Key where you can enjoy the beach and return home to the private pool. Ultra helpful and friendly owner, knows Sarasota.

Great Stay on Behia Vista Sarasota
Home was extremely well appointed and super clean. Very close to downtown Sarasota and all it has to offer. Property manager was on top of things and the owner called to see how we fared from the hurricane that passed by. I whole heartedly recommend thus property.

This house is very cute and homey the pool is amazing this is one of the cleanest house we have ever rented. Just me and my husband stayed there it’s very relaxing and that was what we were looking for.. house is in good location you are a 5–10 drive in either direction for stores and ect. If you stay here about half mile down the road is a ice cream place it’s called pine craft very nice place and delicious ice cr they have all kinds of flavors.. my husband did get to meet the owner very nice and got back to you right away .. would definitely stay here again we are already thinking of next year..

Such a charming home!
We had such a wonderful stay here. The home had everything we needed. Plenty of room, didn't need for anything in the kitchen (all we had to bring was the food), relaxing pool and deck, lots of parking space, really cool architecture and details that were great for conversation. The only negative about this stay was the traffic noise, which wasn't too bad during sleeping hours. And, that wouldn't deter us from staying here again. We loved this home and hope to stay again!

Cute, clean house close to my family
We stayed here for a week (me, husband, 13 yo daughter &10 yo son) and enjoyed this remodeled home and pool. There was also a mango tree which we REALLY enjoyed the fresh mangos (YUM). The pool is kind of small but was totally fine for us. The home is located on a road that has some traffic and we could hear this in the family room but it wasn't bothersome for sleeping. The location is great as it's easy to get onto I-75, close to shopping, close to Siesta Beach, etc.

Great stay!
This little bungalow is one of my favorite VRBO rentals I’ve ever had. It’s 10+ on the cute factor. I actually think the outside pictures do not do it justice. Everything was perfect. The attention to detail is outstanding. There is everything you could possibly need packed into this little gem. I would definitely recommend this rental. You won’t be sorry!

Quick Getaway
The property was overall very clean & perfect for what we needed. The location is close to restaurants and it only took us 15 minutes to drive to Siesta Key Beach. The only low point was the traffic- the house is on a busy and loud street. But once you got used to the noise, it wasn’t bad! The kitchen was well stocked- with about every appliance you could need. Overall, very happy with my stay and would stay again!

Perfect little getaway
My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights. I'm a a Sarasota native, but he's from California. We could not have asked for a better place to stay---centrally located to all of Sarasota (downtown and the beaches)---so it was unbelievably easy and fun to show him where I grew up. The pool was warm and absolutely perfect, and the yard felt secluded even though the property is on a mildly busy road. The inside of the house was beautifully decorated, and the kitchen allowed us access to any sort of cooking equipment we could possibly want. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Getaway!
Adorable house is well equipped and beautifully decorated. The real draw for us was the outdoor living area. Although located on a fairly busy road you feel like you have escaped to your own private retreat. There is attention to detail throughout - nicely landscaped, there is comfortable outdoor seating both poolside and on the wood deck shaded by a mango tree, a large gas grill, outdoor sink, and inground pool. We enjoyed floating and relaxing in the pool everyday. This was the escape from reality we were looking for!

Beautiful home inside and out!!!!
We have rented several vacation homes in the past that we thought were great. This house exceeded all of those in cleanliness! It was spotless! We enjoyed our stay! Owners were eager to help out, if needed. Pool was a delight! I enjoyed many hours just floating and watching the squirrels in the trees. Butterflies were all over the flowers around the patio area. Beautifully decorated both inside and outside. We would absolutely recommend this home. Note: One thing that would have improved our stay is extra seating in living area.
