Steps away from picturesque Lake Ibis, this unit is close to all activities but on a quiet street. Includes Wi-Fi, basic cable, AC/heat throughout, washer/dryer, linens, towels, cookware, dishes, etc. Sorry, no pets.  Golf cart is available for an additional charge.

Cleaning and supplies

This is a self-catered vacation rental. A limited supply of consumables is provided for your stay, including one (1) toilet paper roll per bathroom; one (1) roll of paper towels; one (1) dishwasher detergent pod; dish soap; hand soap; and a garbage bag. Please be sure to bring additional supplies, including beach towels, for your stay. Each property is professionally cleaned and stocked prior to your arrival.
The cottage comes with bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, and furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Location
Our home is in a Resort Community. The home is easily accessed off I-75. There is onsite parking available for one vehicle. The home is easily accessible from the driveway.
Sun Outdoors Sarasota offers over 150 activities for your active and social lifestyle, heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a mega waterslide with a splash pad, a hot tub, walking paths, a catch and release lake, pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts, health club with gym and fitness center, miniature golf, horseshoes, volleyball, arts, crafts, dog parks, live entertainment and more! The Resort offers a poolside bar & grille and restaurant.
House Rules:

- January, February, and March must be rented together
-Guests must sign a Vacation Rental Agreement before arrival to comply with our terms of service, Homeowners' Association rules, or local laws or regulations. Travel insurance is highly recommended for any stay. All House Rules must be followed throughout the duration of the stay.
- Resort Management approval is required
- Guest must be over the age of 25 to book and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period
- ID verification on booking guest
- Minimum 30-day rental
- Direct Bookings / VRBO Bookings: $500 Damage Deposit will be held on the Guest's credit card 1 day before arrival and released 7 days after departure for stays less than 30 days. A $500 Damage Deposit will be held on the Guest's credit card 1 day before arrival and released 30 days after departure for stays more than 30 days.  Reservation Cancellations are subject to a processing fee.
- Quiet time is between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. No parties, large gatherings, events, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at the property. Fires and fireworks are not permitted. No smoking is allowed in or around the property. If any sign of smoking is discovered, the Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the Guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
- Bottled water is required for consumption
- Guests are expected to leave the property tidy before departing. Please wash the dishes, take out the trash, and place used towels in the shower.
- Parents should be aware of where kids are at all times and young children should be supervised at the resort
- Parents take full responsibility for their children at the resort
- Please be considerate when using cooking spices. We all love the flavor, but some smells permeate longer than your stay. Any excessive odor may result in additional fees charged. Do not cook with strong aromatic foods and heavy spices inside the cabin, please use the outside grill.
- These rentals cannot be used for business purposes
-The number of guests listed on the booking reservation is considered the maximum number of guests approved and authorized to be on the property, staying the night or visiting. A guest is any adult or child at the property. No unauthorized guests are on the property at any time. Disregarding this is cause for the booking to be terminated and guests to be asked to vacate the property. No refunds will be given. Guests will be charged $100 per night per person for guests exceeding the approved number of guests.
- If excessive wear and tear is found on the property or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills; trash left on site; unclean dishes; stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, the Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, the Owner has the right to evict the booking Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250.
-All properties managed by Pond Life Vacation Rentals have on-site devices for the safety and security of guests and the home. Any attempt to turn off, damage, disrupt, or remove these devices will lead to fines and/or eviction without a refund. Sunny Landings has the following devices: Security Camera System - exterior only; Sound Decibel Monitor - does not record sound; monitors noise level in common areas throughout the home.
Security Deposit
If a booking Guest or a member of the party damages the home, the booking Guest may be charged up to $500.
