Casa Oceanica welcomes you to a 1 Bedroom Suite and 1 Bathroom with a walk-in shower. Newly remodeled suite and is almost like being home while on vacation. Private entrance with free parking, features include newly renovated large cozy room with Queen Bed, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, toaster oven, dishes, utensils, glassware, mugs, and much more!

Feel free to use the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar of soap, body lotion, fresh new towels and hand towels. Water bottles in the fridge, K-cup coffee, creamer, tea bags are available during your stay.

The suite area comes with a 55' flat screen TV with high speed wireless internet and a comfy seating area to help you relax on your stay. This suite includes full size closet with room to hang clothes with hangers, iron & iron board, steamer and extra pillows as well as beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella are available for your convenience!

Siesta key cottage
Place was beautiful. They have everything you need for your stay. Conveniently located to all the beaches. Will return again if we are ever in the area. Beds and pillows are very comfortable . Patio area is large and everything you need for the beach. Would highly recommend this place .

What a great, cute little place!!!

Beautiful Cottage
Extremely efficient, beautiful decor, everything you would ever need is provided. Outdoor table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks. The shower was wonderful and the bed very comfortable. We will stay here again.

Fantastic place for 1-2 people. Room is immaculately clean, decorated well and has everything you could need for a short stay in Sarasota. Centrally located and good for downtown or the beaches. Great communication from the owners. Highly recommend this place!!

Perfect place to stay!
My husband and I came to the area for a wedding, really never expected to come back again. But now I can say without a doubt, we will be back and we will stay here again! The property owners were so pleasant and made us feel at home with them. We really enjoyed the place and our stay!

Lovely apartment Siesta Key
Spent Easter weekend in this beautifully decorated studio apartment, with ample kitchen/dining space, good size bath with large glassed in shower. Nice private patio with table and umbrella. This apartment is connected to a lovely home, however there is a private entrance and we never heard anyone. About 10 minute drive to Siesta Key public beach. Fantastic beach!! I would highly recommend staying here.

Simply amazing!
The unit had everything you could ever need, and then some. It was stocked like a four star hotel. Check-in was super easy and the communication with the owners was very easy. We recommend this unit to anyone visiting the area.

Property was just as described, clean, well appointed and comfortable. We’ll located close to downtown Sarasota (short ride or Uber) and Siesta Key. Quiet neighborhood and very private. Nice sitting areas outside, which we didn’t utilize much as we moved around quite a bit. We would (and may) stay here again if visiting Sarasota.

Very nice place, clean and just what was needed.
Excellent communication with the owners, all concerns addressed promptly. However, the facility would have been better with a thermostat separate from the main house since the AC was initially too high and we had to contact the owner to reduce the temperature.

Loved this place!
We absolutely love our stayed. The place was beyond clean and the perfect size for the both of us. The decor was perfect and they provided so many amenities. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. The only thing that seemed to differ was Vrbo lists the checkout time as 11 but the email said 10. (This wasn’t an issue as we left well before that but may be helpful for others to know) Less than a 10 minute drive to siesta key and plenty of restaurants and shopping. We even checked out the Sarasota fair which was also just about a 10/15 minute drive. We will 100% be back to stay again. I will recommend this place to everyone. Thanks again for such a wonderful stay.
