Walk to the ocean for gorgeous sunsets. 3 minute drive to downtown Sarasota. 10 minutes to St Armand’s Circle. 12 minutes to the amazing Lido beach. Fenced yard with motorized gate ensuring all guests feel safe and ensuring privacy. Fully stocked kitchen with seating for eight. Xfinity wireless internet and Cable TV. The home was recently renovated to have three AC units and 2 water heaters ensuring your comfort. The reclaimed wood floors and hurricane windows are just a couple examples of the quality workmanship in this home. This is a property that my family and extended family use regularly and is kept like we live there full time.

Perfect place to stay
The house was even better than the pictures. Check in and check out were simple. The place was so clean and accommodating. Location was great to try different beaches, areas and restaurants. Host was very easy to get ahold of. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation
Great house for our 3 generation family to stay at. Grandparents stayed in Master Bedroom with walk in shower on first floor of home. The rest of family used bedrooms upstairs. Very clean. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Loved that all of us could fit around the 8 person dining table. Jim (host) was very responsive and even bought extra beach chairs so that everyone had one. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Stay
This was the perfect location to celebrate our youngest graduating from RCAD. It was super convenient to the school and local restaurants we wanted to visit one last time as well as the Ringling Museum. The pictures of the home are accurate and a joy to visit. Jim was great at checking in to see if we arrived, and if there was anything we needed during the week. Would definitely stay here again without question.

Fabulous property!
My sisters and I all gathered for our Mom’s hundredth Birthday celebration and this property was just perfect! Beautifully decorated comfortable beds, and a fully outfitted kitchen made our stay even more special. Host is quick to reply to any inquiries. Would recommend to anyone needing a lovely retreat in Sarasota!

Comfortable and great location
The house is very conveniently located a few minutes from Ringling College. We stayed in the house for about a week as our daughter started at Ringling colllege. The bay waterfront is just a 2 minute walk. The house is very clean, the kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are very comfortable, everything is as described, the host communicates very well, we will be back next year. This house is like a hidden gem in Sarasota.

SARASOTA VACATION
This property is beautiful and well kept, very cool and comfortable inside. everything anyone would need to cook is there. The entire house is very decorated for peace and comfort, feels just like home. we loved the place and the location. not far to airport and shopping and a Starbucks in walking distance. we loved all the beaches around the area. Siesta was a favorite and Lido was awesome for shell hunters. Turtle beach was also great. many to go to and all are great..

Beautiful remodeled property in convenient location. Two large master suites and two queen suites all with their own baths worked great for a large family. Large dinning room and well equipped kitchen made meals together a highlight. Nice courtyard as well. Great sunset viewing area at the end of the street.
