Located in Sarasota in a quiet neighborhood with multi million dollar houses with parks,, public pool and 10 min to beaches and downtown with 1 large bedroom featuring 2 twin beds and a large 350 sqft living room with a comfy futon mattress and armchair, guests will find their stay here enjoyable. The property also offers a washing machine, dryer, and fan for added convenience. Shared patio and
serene shaded backyard. It's very separate and private but if neighbor home, loud noise only in living room with futon after 10p.
Whether you're looking for a soothing retreat or a fun getaway, this place has it just the basics.house is also for sale 4/2.
ask if you bring pet or need wifi. due to storm there may be minor repairs, once during your stay. hard to plan because no help available. it probably won't happen but hope you understand. I also offer ride service

Unclean house
There was a coating of dust on the table & countertops when we arrived, the refrigerator was not turned on, you could feel the springs in the mattresses & the pots & pans weren't very nice to cook stuff in. Otherwise great location and we enjoyed our time in Florida and this house was only one that was affordable for us when our other house was cancelled on us.
