Our stay was phenomenal! Clay was the perfect host. He even left food in the refrigerator for us. The house was impeccable and it had everything we needed. We plan to try to stay there again the next time we visit the area.

This is a great rental for 2. Right next to the beach and 30 minutes to anywhere worth going. Best bed we’ve ever had in a rental!!

This was the perfect place for us, it had everything we needed to cook dinner. The neighborhood is very quiet and very close to everything. Communication with clay was really easy. We did not have any issues while we were there. We will definitely stay again when we come back!

Very Comfortable with a Great Host
Perfect for a Sarasota getaway. Clay is the best -- Very attentive and responsive, personable host. The duplex apartment is located in a completely safe and very quiet neighborhood -- just what we were looking for. The bed is terrific and the bath and kitchen clean as a whistle. Close to Siesta Key which we loved! A marvelous place to stay.

Amazing stay!
House was clean and perfect for my husband and I. Wonderful neighborhood that we felt super safe in. The icing on the cake was the food in the fridge that we were able to enjoy after a day of driving and dr appts. He was also very accommodating in allowing us to extend our stay for short notice dr appts as well. Highly recommend!!

Heaven on earth
To us it really was super outstanding, my husband has MS we need it a short vacation and this was best choice for sure, from location to hospitality, welcoming and best of all the owners where super attentive and nice. Having rental properties through you on three other occasions at different parts of the country this was by far the best property manager we’ve had. Had a couple of decent size problems during our stay and can’t believe how quickly he handled them and fix them seamlessly.

Wonderful retreat in Sarasota/Siesta Key
I explored beaches from Venice to Bradenton all within easy reach for day trips. The unit is spacious for 1/1 with efficiency kitchen and enormous backyard. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the neighborhood is safe and serene. Clay is an excellent communicator and generous host. Gracious hospitality having groceries in the fridge!!

Perfect two person getaway
This was a great rental for my husband and I. The location was super, close to all we like to do in Sarasota like Siesta Key Beach, Jack’s Marina, and many restaurants. Clay introduced us to Fire Stick TV , and had the place supplied with drinks and snacks - an unexpected treat! Would rent again without hesitation!

Sarasota stay
Loved the apartment, it had most things we required. Located in a quiet area close to Siesta Key, within easy reach of restaurants and shops it also has good off street parking. When we got in we found some basic food supplies in the fridge which as we arrived fairly late in the evening allowed us to settle in quickly. The owner Clay went out of his way to introduce himself and make us welcome.

Lovely Honeymoon with our Dogs!
We had a wonderful honeymoon at Clays’s property & were so thankful to be able to bring our dogs with us! ❤️🐾 Clay is an excellent communicator & ensured we were well taken care of the entire time. He had the fridge stocked with breakfast goods & yummy treats for when we first arrived which we sincerely appreciated after our 8hr drive! The location was perfect to be able relax at a variety of local beaches (Crescent, Siesta, & Lido). We also rented paddle boards just a short distance away at Turtle Beach. There are a handful of locally-owned coffee shops in the area & an awesome Mennonite-owned market, Detwiler’s Farm Market, is just down the street. St Armand’s Circle & the Sarasota Farmers Market are also within an easy driving distance. Highly recommend Clay’s place for your visit to Sarasota! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Probably my best VRBO experience ever!
This place is absolutely wonderful, and so is Clay. When I initially read the reviews before booking, I wondered if everything the guests said could possibly true for every guest. But, I can verify Clay was attentive, quickly responding to any questions at all! And he stocked the fridge with wonderful snacks and basic foods that helped so much after a long trip. The duplex is very well laid-out, has everything you might need, and has a big back yard. The kitchen is very small, but definitely functional and stocked with necessary cookware; I cooked several meals during the week I stayed. The neighborhood is great, tucked in between Tamiami Trail and the bay, it's a 5-minute drive to the nearest beach (or a 20 minute walk); a 7-minute drive to the famous and wonderful Siesta Beach. I really loved my stay at this place, and hope to be back soon.

Great location, attentive Host, Cute and cozy property, great yard!
I cannot say enough about the Host of this property. Clay helped us out more than he could ever know. We were displaced by Hurricane Ian. Clay, who was also affected by the hurricane, made sure the place was clean and ready for us when we arrived! He kept in touch with us throughout our stay to be sure we had everything we needed and even helped with restaurant suggestions and boat launch areas. This place is adorable! The yard is fenced in which our dog loves! It is close to the beach and many restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Clay replaced the mailbox which was taken out by the storm to make sure we could get our mail while we were here. I cannot say enough about him! Super accommodating! He made our situation so much easier. 100 thousand plus stars! A huge thank you to Clay! We are so appreciative!

Clay, Is an absolutely amazing host. I cannot express how important privacy was for me and I could not have asked for more than what I received. As well as his attention to details in welcoming his guests. When I arrived he had all of my immediate basic needs after a long trip all there. If you can think of it,he had it there. This is something that is never done. The fresh groceries in the fridge was a huge welcoming site after my trip. And to walk into a delightful fresh smelling place that was tip top in cleanliness. Just put a huge smile on my face along with everything else. The large backyard being pet friendly also was huge factor for me. I had my two small dogs with me and they absolutely loved being able to run freely in the backyard. I could go on and on about how happy I was with Clay, his location attention to details, absolutely everything I could think of. A amazing professional host!! I highly recommend Clay. If going or looking in the near by area, you have to make Clay at the very top of your first considerations for a stay. Thank you Clay! Best of the best!!

Amazing rental!!!
Where do I begin? I wish I could have given 6 stars. This was by far the best experience I have ever had renting a vacation property. I visited for a week in September for my honeymoon. Before arriving I was absolutely astonished at the value of the property..even more so after seeing it! I was shocked at how beautiful it is. Very nicely decorated, impeccably clean & a location thats perfect! A matter of minutes from numerous beaches & restaurants and shopping galore! Before arriving I started to receive communications from the owner Clay. He is beyond personable and sweet. He was so very thoughtful and left snacks and refreshments in the refrigerator for us. With hurricane Ian predicted to come shore during our stay he checked in on us a couple of times. It seemed as if we were talking to an old friend. The apartment was very quiet and peaceful! We felt very much at home. It's very well equipped with everything we could have thought of.. beach chairs, a grill, ironing board, extra pillows and blankets, beach towels even paper towels, toilet paper and soap was there for us. A fully equipped kitchen. We forgot our beach cooler and even that was there. I travel at least a handful of times a year. Ive rented hotels and apartments literally hundreds of times and this is the best experience I've ever had in doing so. I could not recommend the rental enough or express how easy & wonderful it was renting from Clay & communicating with him. We will definitely be returning & Clay's apartment will be a regular vacation rental for us. All of our gratitude and thanks to Clay for his incredible kindness and beautiful property!

Great Place near beaches
The place is real nice with everything you need to cook. We cooked almost every night. Very close to beaches and the Publix supermarket. Shopping all around too. Place has a lot of room. The place also had chairs and umbrella for the beach as well. We will definitely be back. Thanks Clay.
