Great Location
We have stayed in Arlington Park before and love the location. It is a good size house with a nice outdoor space. The house was clean, however it could use some updating, not much water pressure in the kitchen, ac needed repair and a few other minor things. One thing I can't say enough about is the property manager, Heidi. We were there around the time of the hurricane and she couldn't have been more helpful and responsive. All in all it was a very good stay and we would rent this property again.

Clean and comfortable for non-disabled/handicapped
The home was clean, roomy, comfortable and well-stocked. There is a lovely back yard, but we didn't spend much time out there due to the Florida summer heat. However, there are some things that need to be mentioned. There is an approximately 4 inch step that goes from the kitchen to the dining room and another 4 inch step going from the dining room into the master bedroom and office/Laundry room. The tile floor is the same in both the kitchen and dining room and both my sister and I turned our ankles the first time we stepped into the dining room as you cannot see the step. The flooring in the bedroom/office is different but you still need to be aware of the step. We purchased some painters tape and taped the edges of the floor next to the steps to help prevent accidents. Hopefully the owner can come up with a better solution. Also, the only TVs are in the master bedroom and living room; no TV in either of the other bedrooms which would have been appreciated. My sisters and I are elderly so maybe the step issue is related to that. Other than that, it is a nice place to stay.

Spring break in a very busy section of Sarasota.
Perfect location to many restaurants and stores. Very close to the very busy hospital. We got to see aeromedical helicopters multiple times a day and hear many sirens not only throughout the day, but late into the night as well. At the time we booked, the description of the vrbo listed a hot tub as one of the amenities, we were a little disappointed to find out that there wasn’t a hot tub.

May I first write please ignore any past reviews of this property regarding cleanliness or non worthy house. The owners said they have changed cleaning companies and it showed the place was very beautiful, clean and sanitized for our arrival. Eric and Erin were attentive and a pleasure to work with. This property has many items you need for your trip, you may need some to go containers and plastic cups but everything else is soo accommodating. The backyard area is really nice. There is a huge spacious master and two other bedrooms, so the listing of sleep 7 comfortably is true to form and nice to have 3 twin beds in one room. There are two beds, the double and one single, that have hard mattresses, so if like that sort of thing then these will work for you. The house is soo adorable and has comfortable furniture for hanging out, TV watching, a large dining room table,side room for computer work. Close to any of your needs in Arlington Park and Siesta Key Beach. You are very close to a Walgreens, Publix Grocery Store, Hospital and urgent care, but there are some sketchy parts on the main road, but not in the neighborhood where the house is located. The only downfall we had was check out information. Our VRBO website keys to our trip and property listing a checkout time of 11am but one time it listed 10am, the book in the house indicates 10am. Never received clarification on that before we left at 10am instead of 11am. It is quite a beautiful home with amazing hosts!!

Great location, dirty house.
We loved the location of the house, however there were many things we didn't like. Hvac vent hanging from the ceiling, dirty floors, dirty walls, dirty shower curtain, pet hair on the couches, dirty floors. Overall a very unclean house. Had to message the host for the door code, never received any check-in or out information. Overall wouldn't recommend.

Rundown, uncared for property
The house has great potential but not quite ready for prime time. It was not clean and not very well stocked with the basic necessities. Great location in up and coming neighborhood. Needs some TLC! Partially my fault.....had no reviews to go by. Took a chance on this one.
