"We had plenty of space for 4 guys. We spent most of our time in living room or balcony. The sound of the fountain and architecture of the house made it peaceful. You have the full view of the city. The staff were helpful and communicative over WhatsApp. We asked for messages and coordinated with professionals familiar with house. There’s a bit of travel to and from San Jose or sure but it’s worth it. Always tell driver to follow the signs and the street has white stones lining the roadway....

"My husband and I stayed at Quinta Colina for 2 weeks in January and early February 2025. The house and property was perfect. We were well taken care of spoiled!) by the property managers- Meylin and Manuel-(who were on site). The communication with the property owner-Tonia- was fantastic. "Emilio is a wonderful host!! He was prompt with all communication even before our actual trip. The home is beautiful! It met well beyond our expectations. The kitchen was huge and accommodating for our 8 guests. Each room had its own bathroom which gave everyone privacy. The beds were so comfortable. Bismarck the guard/keeper of the property was so wonderful, helpful and kind! I would most definitely visit this home again when I’m Coata Rica. All of us loved it!!!!"
