Lovely staff, very large spotless rooms, the hotel is set back from the road so it is quieter than others and an excellent breakfast where the head waiter took the time to toast our bread.

Booked a single for one night before an early flight, got a Huge family room with sitting room and kitchen ... a little bit dated, but excellent value for money! What a splendid surprise!

It's ok to stay for a night or two.
Hot and cold water mixture in the shower didn't function wel. Some of the small tiles on the shower plate were broken or missing. The tap in the sink was loose. Breakfast was good.

Awful staff that is always smoking INSIDE the hotel. This is normal in this country. Very low standards compared to the rest of the civilized world. Breakfast was rare. Didn't eat much

Dusche im Bad zu klein Tür der Dusche konnte man nicht schließen das Wasser sprudelte raus somit waren die Fliesen am Boden nass ausrutschgefahr. Die Tür vom Bad war defekt abschließen konnte man nicht. Defekte Tür eingenagelt. Bett sehr hart. Küche im Zimmer überflüssig kein Wasserkocher oder Geschirr vorhanden geschweige denn Kaffee oder Tee. Frühstück ist ok. Heiße Grtänke aus Automaten in Plastikbecher. Mitarbeiter sehr nett und sauber ist es auch. Keine Nutzung von Fitnessraum oder Billard vorhanden.

Rahat temiz ama yetersiz
Kahvaltı çok yetersizdi. Kahve makinası bozuktu ve kahve alınamadı. Girişte pasaportları alıp çıkışta geri alırsınız demeleri çok yanlıştı. Yemek için dışarı çıktığımızda istedik ve gerek yok diye vermediler. Misafir olarak otelde çok Türk vardı ama çalışanların Türkçe bilmemesi bence eksiklik olarak değerlendirilebilir. Odada bulunan klimanın kumandası yoktu. Ayar için loby den istediğimizde verdiler ve geri getirin dediler.

空港には近いが選ぶべきではない
帰国の為にサラエボで空港近くを探しました。 空港まで車で10分～15分程度でしょうか、何もない(食事する所など)のは分かっていましたが、最悪なのが部屋のトイレ。流す所のボタン？が剥き出しで一回流したら水が止まらなくなりました。レセプションの女性に伝えた所、男性を行かせますと言ったきり、30分位部屋で待機していましたが誰も来ませんでした。再度レセプションへ。その女性は既にいなくて代わりにいた男性に言うと、伝えていなかったのでしょうね、聞いていないような反応でした。 その男性にトイレを見て貰い鍵を預けて食事へ、戻ると直ってはいないが使えるとの事(水漏れもしていない)どうやら用を足してもずっと水が流れ続けているのでそのまま自然に流れていくと言いたかったのか。結局、用を足しても放置しました。いくら海外で日本とは違うと言えどもこの対応はどうなのか、呆れました。こちらはお金を出して宿泊しているので事前に最低限の設備点検はしていないのかと憤りを感じます。私以前に宿泊した人はどうしていたのでしょうかね？その時から同じだったのでしょうか？他の部屋はどうか分かりませんが、選ぶべきではないです。お金の無駄です。
