"Property was relatively secluded, with some other interesting and unusual cottages nearby but more importantly it was surrounded by beautiful lush subtropical rainforest gardens. "

The location is close to golf courses, Broadbeach, restaurants and shops but doesn’t have the hustle and bustle of the crowded coastal fringe. "
