"Great service, beautiful hotel, amazing food and location. We stayed in room 412 which it was extremely hot. Our several complaints they brought us a fan for our last. It’s a shame that they couldn’t fix the room Temperature since it’s an Eco hotel and they only have heaters (no ac) We are still waiting for hotel to reach out to us to find a remedy (compensation) for our 3 Nights discomfort."

She called me a taxi and after 30 minutes with it no one showing up after she called the taxi company said they didn’t know how long would takes. "Excellent hotel. Great location. Stayed here for 3 nights for weekend break. Just a short walk from the cathedral, old town, & many restaurants/ cafes. Room was clean & very comfortable. Bathroom had soap & shower gel provided. Safe in room. Breakfast was good. There is a nice reception area with chairs but no bar or restaurant on site (only breakfast served). Reception staff were friendly & helpful. Overall Great value for money i would stay here again & recommend to others."
