"Great property and can’t beat the location to a grocery store and the promenade area with lots of restaurant choices. The host was there to greet us when we arrived and provided very useful local information (e.g. when to catch buses) as well as toured us around the apartment to ensure we understood how everything worked."

"An amazing stay at if you’re looking to be in walking distance of everything Dubrovnik has to offer. 20 min walk to old town, 25 min walk to Lapad, small grocery at the top of the street. The VIEW is incredible from sunrise to sunset. Peaceful location away from busy streets and the hustle and bustle of the tourist hotspots. Tucked away just enough. I would highly recommended and will come back if we are ever in Dubrovnik again. "

"Location was perfect for restaurants, bars and amenities with easy transport and plenty of shops. The pool and outside area was well kept and had a great view. The accommodation was very average and dated, and the cooking facilities were very poor and limited. I think it needs some updating but not too bad value for money. Also found the owner somewhat rude and abrupt. 3 stars "

" From the moment we arrived our host and apartment were brilliant! We arrived early and this was no trouble at all as they were expecting us and let us in early, the apartment was in perfect condition and immaculate. "Very clean, well equipped apartment (towels, ironing, clothes horse, kitchen equipment, etc) and excellent communication from hosts. It is up the hill in Dubrovnik so don't make the mistake we did of trying to walk there from the port, the number 3 bus stops just 5 minutes away from the place :) Very comfortable stay, would highly recommend."

"This was the absolute BEST stay. The staff was incredible from the time we checked in. Our room was upgraded to a superior suite with an ocean view–and it was the most incredible room–bright, sweeping ocean views, treats, and a nice note from the staff. They even brought champagne once learning of our anniversary. We took advantage of the pool and sauna nearly every evening. We ate at the restaurant 3/4 nights and the food is UNMATCHED. By the end, the chef recognized us and remembered our orders. We even took advantage of the spa and had an amazing massage. The walk to old town is perfect. It's right along the coast and only takes about 10-15 minutes. If the walk back up is intimidating you can easily hop on the number 4 bus and will be dropped right in front of the hotel. Again, AMAZING stay. Best staff. Best accommodations. Best food. Leaving feeling relaxed. "
