"This was our 4th time in viva Windham, first 3 times was in viva palace, was excellent. This time, January 2025 was in viva Beach. Ocean front bungalow. Overall we enjoyed as always, the resort was under stuff, dining was challenge, dining tables not cleaned after guests left, we removed the left over plates and clean the table ourselves before we can seat, because there was no clean tables. "The property was great Fabio and his family were excellent. It is a little far away from anything and cabs are hard to get but I really didn’t try that hard. I found that if I walked to the road there was always someone eating to give me a ride into town on the back of a motorcycle for 200 pesos. Very good value and relaxing cabins are really cool. I enjoyed myself. If you want a nice relaxing time it’s the place if you like to party then it is not a good match. I recommend it for sure. "
