"An absolute gem! This luxurious villa exceeded all our expectations.The grand 25-meter swimming pool and beautiful poolside bar were perfect for relaxing, and the gym was top-notch. Ideally located near Nazaré and the ocean, with cafes and supermarkets just a minute away. Quiet and serene—pure perfection!"

"We truly had an outstanding experience. Tiago is a wonderful communicator and you immediately see how much care he put into his property. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. It has everything you wished for, an excellent equipped kitchen, a beautiful terrace to enjoy the sunsets, clean bedrooms and bathrooms. It’s truly a home away from home. It is safe and quiet. "The property was good size and was what I thought it would be. It was as advertised per the pictures provided."

"First the POSITIVE: Beautiful home with an incredible view. Lots of space, wonderful furnishings. Local managers are responsive and helpful when we asked about pool temperature (too cold to use most days), beach towels (locked up and unavailable), bike condition (broken and un usable). Note the listing also indicates a clothes dryer is available - but is is not functional. The NEGATIVE: "Musty, stale smell" (from the basement presumably) so penetrates the house that the smell is always present....

"My adult children and I had a wonderful stay at Vista Colina. The home is in a peaceful rural area with gorgeous views in every direction. Jeff & Judith made every effort to make us feel welcome, and we thoroughly enjoyed the home with its very clean and spacious areas, and lovely yard with the pool. We took advantage of the outdoor BBQ to make a traditional Portuguese grilled fish dinner, enjoyed afternoons lounging by the pool, and the short trips to Alcobaça and Nazaré. The home was very...

"This is a stunning property with the most amazing views. My only reservation is that it has no air conditioning nor bug screens on the patio doors. The villa is surrounded by countryside greenery and therefore there are quite a lot of flies as a result. We found that if we left the doors open to try to stay cool, we were giving them a free invitation. To make the property just perfect in every way, either air con or screens would do the trick as it’s a beautiful spot."
