I want to thank my guests for booking my home this summer 2018/2019. Now the house got even better because I made one more bathroom, so the house got:
1 - Common room with one double and one single bed

Casinha super aconchegante e bairro super tranquilo, ideal pra quem gosta de descansar e se divertir, voltarei em breve, e pra quem quer ir pra Cabo Frio e Arraial la fica pertinho, de 15 a 40 minutos de distância entre sao pedro, cabo frio e Arraial

Bom, amamos a nossa hospedagem na casa. Com tudo que tinha direito ja nela. Tivemos uma recepção maravilhosa, a casa com uma limpeza impecável e com tudo que poderiamos precisar desde churrasqueira a sanduicheira, e etc, alem de super bem dividida. Com certeza voltaremos, porque alem de ter passado de todas as expectativas que tivemos, os donos nos acolheram muito bem. E o bairro não tem bagunça nenhuma. Estadia muito boa, excelente casa muito confortável e arejada. Excelente casa espaçosa e aconchegante, D. Rosângela muito atenciosa e prestativa, sempre preocupada em nos agradar. A localização é bem estratégica, perto de Cabo Frio, Arraial, Búzios e claro São Pedro é um lugar muito agradável. Vizinhança bem tranquila, mesmo estando em período de carnaval a localidade é tranquila e silenciosa. Recomendo sem dúvidas.

Bom dia, Gostaria de deixar registrado aqui a alegria e satisfação que foi passar 10 dias na casa da Rosângela, eu e minha família adoramos tudo, a casa é muito boa, arejada, confortável, a localização também é maravilhosa, tem uma lagoa bem pertinho da casa, a localização é bem estratégica, perto de Cabo Frio, Arraial, Búzios e claro São Pedro é um lugar muito agradável, tranquilo, bem família, adoramos tudo e com certeza iremos voltar mais vezes. ótimo imóvel lugar aconchegante
É uma casa excelente aconchegante a casa possui todos os utensílios domésticos não precisei levar nada a não ser roupa da cama! Ótimo lugar pra descansar ! Moro em Sao Paulo e queria paz e sus sego e lá eu encontrei isso... Há não posso deixar de falar Rosângela o Cládio e a filha Ana Claudia os Dono do imóvel! Pessoas incríveis!!! Surpreendeu minhas expectativas!
Ao contrario de muitos imoveis que encontramos na internet esse ainda é melhor do que nas fotos. A casa é limpa, arejada e contém todos os utensílios básicos necessários para a estadia. Imóvel bem localizado, dá pra ir andando até a lagoa, perto das praias de cabo frio e arraial. A dona Sra. Rosangela é muito atenciosa e correta. Passei o ano novo lá e com certeza voltarei mais vezes.

Casa muito aconchegante!
Adoramos a casa, lugar super tranquilo e aconchegante. Com certeza iremos alugar mais vezes. Rosangela, a dona da casa, sempre atenciosa e muito simpática, não tivemos nenhum problema durante as negociações. A casa além de ser bem arejada e limpa, é exatamente o que vimos nas fotos.
