Em minha avaliação acho impossível dar menos que 5 estrelas!!! Com relação ao imóvel, ele estava impecável. Havia exatamente o que está descrito no anuncio e negociado com o Proprietário. Tudo organizado e limpo, extremamente aconchegante, bem localizado e ambiente tranquilo e familiar, sem contar a infra-estrutura do clube que é sensacional. Indico para todos que procuram se hospedar na região. Com relação ao Sr. Mario (Sr. é seu avô kkkk) não tenho palavras para descrever tanta simpatia e generosidade em uma só pessoa. A muito tempo não conheço pessoa com espirito tão bom quanto ao seu, foi sensacional passar estes dias em uma região tão linda como é ai e ainda de brinde fazer amizades com pessoas maravilhosas quanto ao senhor e a senhora sua esposa kkk. Vou sentir saudade das paisagens desta região, mais sem dúvida mais saudades de vocês Mariângela (Mery Jane kkk) e Mario. Minha mulher eu e meus filhos, agradecemos de coração a hospitalidade de vocês, grande abraço!

Estadia maravilhosa!!!
Recebemos tudo aquilo que foi descrito no site. Mário, o dono do apartamento foi super solicito e gentil durante a nossa estadia. Excelente estadia - Gostamos muito
Gostamos muito da hospedagem, desde as acomodações até o local onde está localizado o Condomínio. Em 20 minutos estávamos em Arraial do Cabo e em 45 minutos em Búzios. Visitamos as praias tanto de Cabo Frio (não deixem de visitar a praia das Conchas), as praias de Arraial (maravilhosas e o passeio de barco é imperdível) e as praias de Búzios (não deixem de conhecer Búzios a noite também pois é muito charmoso). O Sr. Mario foi extremamente atencioso e organizado. Eu e minha família agradecemos pela excelente estadia.

Ótimo local, com localização privilegiada devido dar acesso fácil para todas as praias da região, super fácil para ir a Cabo Frio, Arraial do Cabo e Búzios . O Clube do condomínio tem ótima estrutura e funciona até a noite, com várias opções de lazer e sem custo. O pessoal é muito educado e prestativo. Imóvel perfeito, novinho com todos os utensílios e mobília em ótimo estado de conservação. Fui com a família pela primeira vez e com certeza voltarei. O apartamento é acolhedor e tudo funciona bem, inclusive a internet que ajuda muito a noite para quem tem adolescente. É como se estivesse em minha casa. Tadeu.

Um Paraíso Azul!
Me hospedei no imóvel do Sr. Mário, dos dias 22 a 26 de janeiro,amamos a estadia, fomos muito bem recepcionados, recebemos dicas valiosas quando chegamos de passeios inesquecíveis que fizemos....Bom pra quem não conhece Cabo Frio e Arraial do cabo corre pra lá....um dos lugares mais lindos que tive a oportunidade de conhecer, há e o apartamento, todo equipado, limpeza impecável, condomínio familiar, clube com a piscina muito limpa,....em breve estarei de volta, dias inesquecíveis....Obrigada Sr. Mario!!! e Até Logo!!!

Excelente lugar, com proprietário muito solícito e correto. Amamos muito o lugar.
O local é excelente, com segurança, lazer, limpeza e tranquilidade. O locador é formidável, com instalações extremamente limpas e organizadas. Relação de equipamentos e mobiliários na casa facilitando e muito a estadia. O imóvel não falta NADA. Já o condomínio é um espetáculo. Tão bom que minha esposa e eu queremos alugar por tempo fixo (mínimo de 12 meses) ou até comprar um imóvel naquele local. O clube tem entretenimento para todos os tipos de crianças e adulto. Sem contar que no próprio condomínio tem 02 (dois) parquinhos. Parabéns. Recomendo a todos. É certo que não irão se arrepender.

Mario, Gostaria de fazer alguns apontamentos necessários em nome da “Familia Dias”antes da avaliação: 1 – Se o sentimento é fazer com que seus hospedes se sintam em casa, parabéns, vc conseguiu extrair isso de mim e de toda a minha Familia, obrigado. 2 - Apartamento empecavel, ótima localização, tudo show. 3 – Ja aluguei diversos apartamentos para momentos em familia e entre todos, o seu se destaca em grande performance. 4 – Tenha a certeza que se depender de mim, seu imovel sempre será indicado a outros amigos, pois tenho habito de querer sempre o “melhor”. E por fim, obrigado por toda atenção prestada a minha familia, não tem preço. Clube sensacional para quem quiser pegar uma piscina e... Local ideal para quem quer tranquilidade, condomínio bem organizado,tudo igual anunciado, o proprietário é muito prestativo e mora no condomínio . Tem um clube com uma excelente piscina , quadras poli esportivas , salão de jogos é só atravessar a rua fica bem em frente a entrada do condomínio. O condomínio tem uma ótima localização, acesso fácil para Cabo Frio, Buzios e Arraial do Cabo.

Feriado Perfeito!
Bom dia! Venho agradecer a estadia que tivemos na data de 12/11 a 15/11, tudo estava perfeito. A casa em perfeito estado tudo funcionando, condomínio com segurança, o clube com uma piscina enorme, sala de jogos e churrasqueira. Agradeço o SR. Segurança e conforto
O condomínio fica em frente a uma lagoa linda, tem que ir de carro pra visitar todas as praias. A primeira impressão que tive do apartamento quando entrei foi limpeza, impecável, achei bem completo, apensar de ter faltando algumas coisas na cozinha de utensílios, mas o Sr. Mario(proprietário) me atendeu prontamente no que precisei(foi coisa boba, pois é bem completo), achei prático ele disponibilizar a roupa de cama pra quem quiser e no apartamento já tinha algumas coisas básicas de limpeza, como sabão em pó, detergente, bucha, entre outros.... condomínio organizado e pra quem vai com a família o clube é uma atração a mais pra diversão! Super recomendo, agradeço Sr. Mario pelo excelente atendimento tornando nossos dias super especiais!

Tudo perfeito, imóvel excelente, tinha tudo o que se pode precisar, tudo em ótimo estado, clube maravilhoso, piscina top, campo de futebol, quadra de volei de praia, quadra de tênis e muito mais, além do imóvel estar em um lugar calmo e silencioso de frente para lagoa, perfeito para descansar e a receptividade do Sr. Mário também foi excepcional. Com certeza voltarei em breve e recomendo com louvor!!!
