Péssima experiência
Fiz check-in por volta das 15 horas e sai para almoçar, pouco mais de duas horas depois, voltei ao hotel, quando começou minha noite de sofrimento. Não havia energia elétrica nos quartos, muitos hóspedes no saguão para carregar seus aparelhos eletrônicos, horas se passaram e nada se resolvia. Saímos para jantar e na volta, tudo no mesmo. O banho precisou ser com lanterna do meu celular, passamos a noite com um barulho infernal e cheiro fortíssimo de diesel, ocasionado pelo gerador de energia para as áreas comuns. Precisamos dormir com as janelas abertas, porque evidentemente não havia ar condicionado. No dia seguinte acordei com a garganta ardendo, tenho problemas respiratórios e o diesel só colaborou para a piora. Sabendo que não havia a menor perspectiva da volta da energia e restituição de um mínimo de conforto, optamos por sair do hotel, encerrando antecipadamente uma viagem sonhada, deixando para trás os passeios já planejados. Abri o protocolo com a hotéis.com e conversei com a única recepcionista que estava em atendimento, pois mesmo em meio ao caos, essa gerência que me nega o reembolso, não estava lá para resolver os problemas causados aos inúmeros hóspedes. Como todos sabem, o problema foi causado por um evento da natureza, para o qual o hotel deve manter seguro, logo, mais uma vez, venho solicitar que vocês entrem em contato novamente com o hotel para que reconsiderem está decisão amigavelmente. Razoável, abaixo da expectativa em relação ao valor pago. Quarto pequeno, chuveiro sem controle de temperatura, ar condicionado sem controle remoto. Piscina em manutenção. Estacionamento R$40,00, mas no hotéis.com dizia estacionamento disponível, ao invés de pago ou terceirizado.

O local pelas fotos parecia ótimo mas chegando a estrutura é muito ruim. Agua do chuveiro extremamente quente e não tem opção de deixar mais gelada, só opção d deixar mais quente. Quarto muito precário e sujo, instalações antigas, não tem segurança na porta. Outro ponto é com relação a itens de higiene, só oferecem um sabonete mesmo que seja duas diárias. Não ficarei novamente nesse local e não recomendo

O hotel tem uma excelente localização! É o ponto forte. No geral gostei da minha hospedagem. As instalações do prédio ao contrário do que falavam de ser velhas, não é assim. O prédio é antigo, mas está bem conservado. O que posso avaliar como mediano são os quartos. Achei um quarto comum, tipo pousada, um pouco mais antigo, no geral atende bem para uma viagem curta. O PONTO QUE FIQUEI MAIS DECEPCIONADA E ENOJADA, foi a higiene do quarto. O hotel inteiro parece estar bem limpo, com exceção do quarto. O quarto que fiquei tinha muito cabelo espalhado no banheiro. No piso, paredes, box, muito cabelo. Parecia ter sido higienizado "por cima". Fiquei no 9° andar , andar legal e silencioso. A falta de higiene, talvez se justifique com a camareira do andar, que todas as vezes que passei por ela, ela tava no celular próxima ao carrinho de limpeza. Realmente tava bem nojento o banheiro, que estava até cheiroso, mas era tanto cabelo que dava pra ver que não foi bem limpo. Com relação aos demais funcionários e café da manhã, deixo meu elogio. Fomos bem tratados e o café tem boas opções, não ficou a desejar para um hotel 3 estrelas. Espero ter contribuído de alguma forma e que o hotel toma providências sobre a higienização do banheiro do quarto.

Tem muito a melhorar…
O hotel precisa de cuidados e manutenção. Um dos elevadores estava desligado. As portas do elevador estão riscadas e gastas. O chuveiro estava com a torneira solta, bem como o controle de temperatura pendurado (solto) da parede. Por sorte não houve necessidade de regulagem. A cortina era exatamente do tamanho do vidro da janela, logo deixava entrar claridade pelas laterais. A favor, o colchão estava em bom estado e o café da manhã muito bem servido e com boa variedade de frutas, pães, bolos, frios, etc. Atendimento atencioso e cortês. Não me hospedarei novamente até ter certeza de q passaram pela reforma.

Atendimento no check-in e checkout muito bom, atenciosos, prestativos e bem educados. Quarto pequeno, luz branca de açougue nos quartos. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Limpeza ok. Prédio bem antigo, peçam por andar reformado. Isolamento acústico dos quartos horrorosos, no corredor dá para ouvir a conversa e o banho dos quartos vizinhos (e provavelmente do seu tb). De madrugada acordei com o vizinho ou passando mal ou recebendo algo de grande agrado, pelos gemidos. Quarto com blackout somente, vai entrar luz quando acordar. Janelas abrem totalmente, não recomendado para hospedagem com crianças. Localização do hotel muito boa, em rua muito calma.

Razoável. É um prédio antigo, precisa de reformas. Equipamentos dos quartos antigos e iluminação ruim. Barulho dos outros quartos vizinhos incomodou bastante. Demora no checkin e também na retirada do veículo, que fica em garagem fora do hotel (R$ 35 a diária). Não possui refeição no local e café da manhã somente a partir das 7hs.
