Como sempre, muito agradável. O único ponto a ser levantado é sobre o café da manhã. Demora na reposição da mesa de pães e bolos com pouca variedade. Já estive outras vezes nesse hotel e o serviço era de melhor qualidade.

Falta de empatia e educação manobrista

Limpeza , atendimento excelente . Travesseiros péssimos . Estacionamento com manobrista porém uma falta de empatia terrível . Dissemos que íamos jantar e manobrista nos disse ok pois pegaríamos as malas depois . Eu com minha filha no colo pedi para ele trazer o carro e eu retirar as malas e o manobrista disse que não faria que era para eu buscar - quase meia noite e a menina estava dormindo. Sem contar que foi grosseiro e mal educado
