Great location - that’s it
I recommend staying at this hotel for the location, which is great! Near the Oscar Freire street, with lots of restaurants and shopping options. Also a safe area. - Check in: very slow. Although the staff was nice, it took them 15 minutes to check us in. - Parking: was extra (R$35 a day) but it’s on property, covered, and valet service included. - Breakfast: it was included and it was great! Lots of food options. - Bedroom: it was a little outdated and the bathroom could use a remodeling (they say the hotel is under construction, so maybe I was unlucky and got one of the older rooms). But the room was quiet and the AC worked perfectly. - Service: although the staff was nice, they didn’t deliver nor let me know about a package that a friend bought me and asked them to give me. I was there for 2 full days, very frustrating!

Horrível. Me cobraram taxa extra 2 vezes. Além da hospedagem que já estava paga há meses, tb cobraram novamente. O hotel cobra a mais, extorquem os hóspedes. Café da manhã sofrível. Limpeza dos quartos terrível. Não fiquem nesse hotel. Pesquisem no reclame aqui e vcs verão o tanto de problema.

Péssima experiência. Hotel me cobrou 2 vezes, sendo que eu já tinha pago tudo, com taxas inclusive, antecipadamente. As taxas foram cobradas de novo, mesmo eu falando e provando que já havia pago. E Mesmo com tudo pago com meses de antecedência, por fim, ainda me pediram o cartão pra um calcao ao hotel. Tudo irregular. Um absurdo, um abuso. Não fiquem nesse hotel.
