Já me hospedei várias vezes no local, desde a época do Guinza... nunca tive queixas, apesar do hotel já ser um pouco antigo (vários itens necessitando manutenção)... mas, desta vez, me incomodou bastante a limpeza (ou falta desta) do local. O café foi bom, pelo preço da diária.

Hotel no bairro da Liberdade bem precário
Pelo preço do hotel, não vale a pena. O quarto tem cheiro de mofo, elevadores antigos. A cama era confortável e o café da manhã tinha grande variedade de pães e bolos, mas o café estava com gosto de queimado. Para quem precisa ficar perto do centro de São Paulo, quer uma cama confortável e não liga para cheiro de mofo é um bom lugar.

Hotel agradável boa localização
O hotel possui ótimas instalações com quartos que parecem mini casas, com sala e copa, e funcionários excelentes. Porém, precisa de uma reforma tanto na fachada, quanto nos quartos, visto que há janelas que não fecham direito, persianas com defeitos,TV e móveis antigos. Outro ponto, precisam estar atentos ao tipo de cama que o hóspede quer, se é casal ou 2 de solteiro, acredito que isso deve ser questionado no check in, e também disponibilizar toalhas nos quartos, para que não seja necessário solicitar, isso já deixa o hóspede mais a vontade.

Quarto e banheiro péssimo.Banheiro faltando acabamento (sem piso), roupas de banho (toalhas) em péssimo estado (rasgadas), cozinha com encanamento e fiação exposto, frigobar com mau cheiro, luminária queimada e telefone com problemas. Enfim, as fotos divulgadas no site não condizem com a realidade.

Hotel medíocre. Nota 3.
A estrutura do hotel (e dos quartos) é boa, mas a conservação é muito ruim. O carpete do corredor (muitos tem) fede e é todo manchado. É um quarto e uma pequena sala. Não tem nada de cozinha. Pedi cama de casal. Ganhei 2 de solteiro. Ainda disseram que reservei errado (o que na reserva consta diferente).
