I had two bookings back to back as I was unsure of how long I needed to stay because of work. I did originally intend to stay for the entire stay but I received a terrible message about a death in the family. I tried to cancel my booking just hours after the cancellation policy because I had to fly back to Canada. I let them know about the tragedy and asked if they could have some empathy and be lenient with the return policy. It was a NO, pretty harsh given the circumstances if you ask me
Also their internet barely works, couldn’t even stream Netflix. Stay somewhere else
