Great hotel. Very clean, good breakfast. The hotel staff were helpful. The room has air conditioner, tv, safe box. The location ia great. The hotel is next to the main avenue. There's a small shop nearby. Many shipping malls around. Metro is close as well

I arrived in São Paulo early. I was given an early checkin which was super nice of the receptionist since it was a long commute from airport to hotel. The hotel was ideally situated to Avenida Paulista and Paulista metro. It is near several supermarkets and restaurants. There is a mall close by as well called Shopping Frei Caneca. The breakfast is good. I will definitely book this hotel if I go back to São Paulo. ( travelled Sept 03-07, 2024)

Tive muita dificuldade com atendimento específico de uma atendente no balcão de recepção. Falta interatividade, cordialidade, recepção e até orientação. Mas apenas de uma funcionária que soube depois está em treinamento. Passei as informações p/outro distinto atendente de nome Osvaldo que prontamente foi explicado, pelo fato de a Srta. está em fase de treinamento.

Es un buen hotel para hospedarse, tiene muy buena ubicación, cerca de tiendas y restaurantes. El personal fue muy amable y nos dieron early check in, lo cual agradecemos mucho porque veníamos muy cansados. Las habitaciones de buen tamaño con AA, refrigerador, agua caliente y buen internet.

Para hospedagem individual a acomodação é razoável
Apesar de ter estado no hotel outras vezes com família, e por esse motivo, busquei o hotel e indiquei a 10 amigos, dessa vez me decepcionei um pouco. O quarto individual é um cubículo que nem mesmo a cadeira disponível se consegue usar na mesa. Para trabalhar ficamos sentados na cama usando a mesa. Além de que ao chegar no andar de elevador, temos que descer uma escada apertada de 10 degraus como o quarto fosse um sótão. Apesar da cama e banheiros bons, mas é um ambiente muito incômodo.

Recomendo e voltaria
O hotel é muito bem localizado. Perto da Avenida Paulista, de bares e dos principais pontos turístcos. Perto também tem um Carrefour 24h, o que é ótimo para qualquer emergência. Para quem tem medo, como eu tinha de ser perto da Cracolândia, fica tranquilo que é bem longe. Voltaria mais vezes com certeza. O atendimento dos funcionários também é muito bom. Adorei a estadia.

Atendimento cordial, sempre prontos a ajudar, Café da manhã muito bom. O que achei muito chato foi a questão do secador de cabelo. Não levei o meu pois dizia que havia secadores de cabelo, mas na verdade existia apenas dois secadores que nos emprestavam Com um tempo determinado de 1 hora. Então você tinha que solicitar todos os dias e havia momentos de fila de espera.

San Gabriel tem excelente localização. Cafe da manhã é farto e com diversas opções. Poderia reformar os quartos, modernizando a estrutura (quarto com ar condicionado antigo de janeleiro) para ficar perfeito!
