Great hotel. Very clean, good breakfast. The hotel staff were helpful. The room has air conditioner, tv, safe box. The location ia great. The hotel is next to the main avenue. There's a small shop nearby. Many shipping malls around. Metro is close as well

I arrived in São Paulo early. I was given an early checkin which was super nice of the receptionist since it was a long commute from airport to hotel. The hotel was ideally situated to Avenida Paulista and Paulista metro. It is near several supermarkets and restaurants. There is a mall close by as well called Shopping Frei Caneca. The breakfast is good. I will definitely book this hotel if I go back to São Paulo. ( travelled Sept 03-07, 2024)

O Hotel está excelente pelo que é oferecido. Os funcionários são educados, gentis e colaborativos. Fiquei satisfeito com os colaboradores internos. Já o hotel oferece o que promete e cumpre à risca. O ponto negativo foi que tentei por diversas vezes falar com a Expedia sem sucesso. Confesso que fiquei decepcionado com isso pois escolho sempre essa operadora. O fracasso do contato aconteceu em um feriado do dia 22/04/25. O resto fiquei satisfeito!

Tive muita dificuldade com atendimento específico de uma atendente no balcão de recepção. Falta interatividade, cordialidade, recepção e até orientação. Mas apenas de uma funcionária que soube depois está em treinamento. Hotel bom para hospedagem a trabalho

Hotel com boa localização (próximo à Paulista), com boa estrutura e atendimento impecável (equipe da recepção, higienização, restaurante e demais). Café da manhã bem sortido e ambiente agradável. Os quartos são confortáveis e bem organizados. Um detalhe pitoresco do hotel é o de que em praticamente todos os andares, há apartamentos "sótão" e apartamentos "porão", em que o acesso se dá por escadas secundárias a cada par de quartos... Isso pode ser um obstáculo à acessibilidade para pessoas com problemas articulares, ou outras limitações de marcha, equilíbrio ou força muscular.
