Good no-frills stay with a great breakfast
Convenient location close to the Luz and Júlio Prestes railroad stations, although not the best neighborhood. The restaurant in the building is a plus. Spartan but clean and comfortable with a friendly staff, and they do a great job with breakfast.

So I stayed at the property for 3 days. I must say that the staff work very hard to maintain this facility. The breakfast is fantastic, as they have all sorts of things to chose from and being a vegetarian I was able to enjoy the eggs and fruits/granola options, but they also have meats, juices, and yes coffee. One thing you need to realize is that Sao Paulo, LIKE ALL OFF IT ( downtown core)has tremendously large homelessness and street drug problem. As a forigner, you need to learn to adapt quickly and simply learn to not mind it and avoid large crowds. Its hard to see but this is the reality, so yes there are homeless around the hotel, like all the hotels (even the fancy ones)downtown and surrounding areas. Furthermore, this hotel is like 10 minute walk to the subway station and 10 minute walk to the downtown core. So i liked it, and will go back in the near future.

Não tenho que reclamar do pessoal do Hotel eu só não gostei do pessoal de rua que causa uma insegurança para o turista em questão de roubo e até mesmo para pedir um uber e tal. Tirando isso o hotel é bem localizado e pessoal que trabalha nele são todos muito atenciosos e prestativos.

É um hotel barato, de dois andares sem elevador. Em local não recomendado! Café da manhã legal, com 4 tipos de frutas. O que muito atrapalha é o super incômodo barulho vindo da cozinha várias horas da alta madrugada o encarregado da noite na preparação do café da manhã com o barulho de máquinas cortando frios etc. Na fachada do hotel e numa extinta agência bancária ao lado - a noite vira abrigo de moradores de rua, que fazem ruído a noite inteira! Simplesmente lamentável!

Confesso que tava apreensivo devido o valor das diárias e a localização. Mas a experiência foi o melhor custo benefício. Quarto limpo, todo dia trocavam roupa de banho. O atendimento é bom, destaque p/ o rapaz da recepção e a moça do café. Aliás, outra surpresa, o café da manhã, simples porém muito bom.

Eu reservei 1 quarto com banheiro compartilhado e o hotel atendeu tudo que eu precisava. Os funcionários sempre dispostos a me ajudar com informações sobre a cidade e todos são muito simpáticos. Os banheiros e as áreas do hotel sempre limpos, e o café da manhã bem farto.

O hotel foi reformado recentemente. O quarto é bem compacto mas muito bem limpo e com tudo o que a gente precisava. O atendimento foi muito bom, todos muito atenciosos e simpáticos. O café da manhã também muito bom. O hotel está próximo dos principais pontos do centro histórico como estação da luz, mercado e rua 25 de março, dando para ir a pé. A única ressalva é o entorno do hotel com muitos moradores de rua e drogados, o que gera uma insegurança, principalmente a noite. Eu e minha esposa não tivemos problema.
