Hospedagem muito boa no Hotel Family

Minha estadia foi muto boa! Fui a trabalho e fiquei muito satisfeito com o atendimento da recepção, que foi impecável tanto pela manhã quanto à noite. A recepcionista foi extremamente atenciosa e me deu ótimas indicações sobre a melhor forma de chegar ao meu destino. O tratamento que recebi foi bom e fez toda a diferença na minha experiência. Recomendo a todos!

Sempre ficava nesse hotel mas essa última estadia foi horrível ficamos num quarto sujo,banheiro sujo com a tampa do vaso encardido,roupa de cama encardida ,quarto com janela quebrada de frente pra um local com obra .o hotel é bem localizado pra quem vai na feira da madrugada mas precisa de uma reforma e ter quartos mais apresentáveis e limpos..o café da manhã é ótimo e o atendimento também

Razoável porém bem localizado

Camas com estrutura em MDF bastante estragadas, colchão desnivelado em uma das camas; ar condicionado operando parcialmente; frigobar não gelava a contento; banheiro limpo e com ammenities disponíveis (creme dental, shampoo, sabonete, escova descartável); ótima localização pra quem está fazendo compras, porém rua muito movimentada com difícil acesso de carros, Uber (não entra); necessidade de deslocamento com malas, mercadoria para Largo da Concórdia pra quem deseja retorno ao aeroporto.

Custo benefício!

O hotel fica bem localizado para as compras. Agora o quarto que fiquei o ar não funcionou, a tv perdia a voz o rapaz da manutenção foi duas vezes consertar. E o café da manhã é bem simples.
