Eu gostei da localização e do tratamento dos funcionarios. Eu nao gostei de uma funcionaria ter tirado uma bolsinha minha de cor verde do quarto, que continha um abridor em forma de peixe, que comprei em Portugal.

Bom custo benefício.Fica na fronteira da Consolação com Higienópolis.Muito barulho das ruas ao entorno.Nada que um plug de ouvido não resolva.Nada insuportável.Teto rangia de meia em meia hora.Funcionarios educados e atenciosos.Mas não ficaria lá de novo apesar do bom custo benefício.Tem umas tribos urbanas meio sinistras ao redor...só por isto O resto da para se relevar.

Limpeza execelente, mas região barulhenta
Os quartos são confortáveis, porém a regiao é barulhenta e não há isolamento acústico (o que pode incomodar hóspedes com sono leve). O quarto triplo tinha só duas tomadas. São as únicas ponderações da estrutura. O café da manhã era bom e a limpeza do quarto estava excelente.

O hotel fica em uma boa localização, perto do metro. Pelo valor pago, se tornou justo. Fomos muito bem atendidos por todos os funcionários. Única reclamação é o barulho infernal. A noite é uma tristeza. Muito barulho da rua.

Razoável.
Quarto 102, TV não funciona, aparece imagem toda borrada como se estivesse sem antena, os cantos do quarto com teia de aranha e mofo principalmente perto da cortina, funcionários ficam ligando 5 minutos antes do fim do check-out pra te acelerar a sair. Ar condicionado não funciona a função "quente", estava muito frio em São Paulo e oferecem apenas uns pelinhos finos que não esquentam. Café da manhã é bom, porém de todos que me hospedei da rede Dan Inn esse é o pior.

A Estadia foi excelente. Os quartos são muito bons e a localidade é ótima. Existem muitos barzinhos ao redor e tem uma estação do metrô bem perto. Os pontos negativos foram o barulho da rua e a televisão que apresentava uma tela falhando.

Não recomendo se hospedarem em tempo de chuva!
Resolvemos ficar nesse Hotel por não ter encontrado outro mais próximo do nosso compromisso. Porém já na segunda noite ao chegarmos por volta das 19:30h estava chovendo bastante, e simplesmente a porta da frente estava trancada, e a única pessoa que estava trabalhando na recepção não estava na portaria para abrir, tocamos várias vezes o interfone e após uns 10 min Ele veio abrir, e nós já estávamos ensopadas por conta da chuva. Ao chegar no nosso quarto tinha água por todo lado, goteiras no banheiro, corredor de entrada e tbm dentro do quarto. Pedimos para mudar de quarto, daí nos colocaram num quarto de frente para rua, um barulho infernal a noite toda, carros, buzinas, apito,foram 2 noites mal dormidas e mto estressante. Café da manhã fraco considerando os outros hotéis que já fiquei. Não recomendo esse hotel. Com certeza foi nossa primeira e última estadia. Uma pena não termos tirado fotos, ficamos tão nervosas, com tudo que ocorreu que nem lembramos de registrar. Se não bastasse a noite só fica um funcionário na recepção do hotel, e nesse dia da chuva, tinha um rapaz vendendo cactos, e funcionário colocou este cara para secar a água da chuva. Achamos aquilo surreal!
