Good Service, but long wait and maintenance
It takes about 45 to do the check in because the couldn't find the proper reservation. Then I had leaks on the bathroom, but were fixed. Personnel service is very good and the hotel has a great location.pleasefix those issues but I'll definitely return. Bonus truck: I was at room 1033. And last night I couldn't sleep because there was couple having some fun! Specially the last!!

Near airport, near shops, very nice and safe.
3 days in Sao Paulo over the weekend. Close to shops, airport (CGH), city centre, nice and safe neighbourhood. Attentious staff, clean rooms - everything I needed. Book the extra spacious room for awesomeness.

Hotel em excelente estado. Quartos confortáveis com móveis impecáveis. Corredores amplos com paredes revestidas com papel parede (tudo novinho). Hotel muito bem localizado e de alto padrão. Possui estacionamento por um preço muito alto. O quarto tinha um tamanho ótimo, mas o banheiro muito pequeno, principalmente o local para banho. Chuveiro ruim.

bom atendimento, serviços, etc, unico problema grave mesmo é a falta de pressao de agua no chuveiro do 1433, mas fui informado que estão trocando, o que me faria pensar duas vezes em me hospedar novamente pois é muito ruim de tomar banho o chuveiro é pessimo mesmo! De resto tudo ok
