Boa experiência por preço e localização.
Experiência muito boa, Pontos positivos: quarto limpo, cama confortável, bastante travesseiros e cobertas, ar condicionado, televisão, banheiro limpo, frigobar, ótima localização, tv com netflix, spotify, yt etc.... Pontos negativos: pouco isolamento de som, quarto do lado da escada que da acesso ao andar, quartos muito próximos e janelas voltadas para dentro que prejudicam o isolamento acústico do quarto, café da manhã básico, sendo necessario pagar 30 reais pra comer um omelete (o café da manhã servido só tem leite, bolo, um sucrilhos e frutas), não parece ter muita segurança no hotel (apesar de ter uma localização bem segura).

Ja estive hospedado lá, foi bom, retornei e encontramos o pior quarto, pedir para trocar, também não foi uma boa. Cama com colchão estranhos desconfortavel e quarto com ambiente úmido sem ventilação. Apesar de estarem em frente ao Ibirapuera, eles me venderam um pardieiro muito ruim e nocivo a minha saúde. Alem de cobrarem valores de hotéis 4 estrelas.
