"Out of a Box Place" close to Cenesp, Transamerica Expo Center, Credicard Hall, Tom Brasil, Guido Caloi Avenue and Marginal Pinheiros. 5 Minutes to Shopping Fiesta. 20 Minutes to Shopping Morumbi. 10 minutes to "Parque da Mônica". 8km from Interlagos Raceway. Parking lot available for one car. NO SMOKING PLEASE! NO PETS.

Monthly rentals are limited to 180 kw of Electric consumption and 10m3 of water consumption.

Guests MUST provide photo ID document and cell phone number. If you're gonna use the parking lot car data must be provided as maker, model, color and license plate. Failure to comply with this rule cancels the reservation. This is a residential condominium internal regulations MUST BE OBSERVED, like stay low profile. Living room shares the same wall with your neighbor. Any fine to the unit due to disobeyed regulations will be paid by the current guest.
