Normal hotel. Good area
It was a very normal 2-stars hotel. It is located in a pretty safe and nice area though. The wifi takes a lot to be activated for new guests. Breakfast is decent.

Hotel bem razoável! Não disponibilizam toalha de rosto, apenas de banho e somente roupa de cama (sem coberta). Horrível mesmo foi o fato de encontrarmos nosso quarto aberto ao retornarmos do passeio com um pessoal fazendo troca de fechaduras, sendo que nem fomos avisamos sobre isso e muito menos deixei o quarto a disposição para que isso fosse feito durante minha estadia. A responsável ainda teve a capacidade de falar quando fui reclamar que se eu não coloquei placa de não perturbe, qualquer funcionário pode entrar no quarto (um absurdo, pois não é pq eu não coloquei a placa que qualquer um pode entrar no quarto a qualquer momento, seja limpeza ou manutenção).

Péssimas estrutura, limpeza e atendimento
A estadia foi terrivel, não nos colocaram no quarto que eu havia reservado. Fomos alocados no quarto 109, com adaptação para pessoa com deficiência, sendo que não somos PCD. O vaso sanitário era desconfortável, porque era para uso de cadeirante, nao havia box no banheiro, apenas uma cortina curta, que não chegava até o chão e não tinha o comprimento da extensão do banheiro, com isso quando fomos tomar banho o banheiro alagou inteiro, chegando água até no quarto. Tivemos que secar com a toalha para poder usar o banheiro depois. Além da péssima estrutura, a noite quando liguei a luz tinha uma barata andando pelo quarto. Fiquei apenas uma noite, por isso não pedi para trocar de quarto. Durante o check-out, quando fiz a reclamação na recepção, o atendente sequer pediu desculpas e ainda ficou com cara de riso e deboche, péssimo atendimento. A única vantagem do hotel é a localização, mas como há diversos outros hotéis na região, não se hospedem no Soft Win. Minha avaliação é com parâmetro em um hotel econômico, não estava exigindo um atendimento 5 estrelas, mas sim o básico: o quarto que eu reservei, um mínimo de estrutura e limpeza. Nada disso foi entregue pelo hotel.
