Nice hotel, they have been improving over tbe last few years. Adding rooftop pool is very nice.

This hotel has been under going renovations for the last year or so, they added a pool which is very nice actually but the linens and towels could be upgraded throughout the hotel. Otherwise it is a great location and not a bad say for the price.

Achei o atendimento das recepcionista um tanto indiferente com os hóspedes. O ar condicionado gelava pouco. A tampa do vaso estava quebrada. No mais , tudo certo. Sugestão: limpar os vidros da piscina diariamente. Estavam muito sujos e mal dava para ver a praia Voltaria ao Hotel. Recomendo

Hotel bem localizado, de frente para a Praia. Quiosques/bares em frente. Alguns quartos sao maiores outros minusculos que nao possuem nem janela. Por ser um hotel de praia e que possui piscina seria interessante disponibilizar toalhas (para praia e piscina) para os hospedes, o que nao é feito. Limpeza dos quartos é ruim. Cafe da manha é bem basico. Educaçao e cortesia de "alguns" funcionarios deixa a desejar. Nota do hotel está incompatível com a realidade, a nota correta seria 6.8 e nao 8.0.

O quarto é bem espaçoso. Porém, o banheiro é sujo e tem um rejunte que parece lodo, horrível. A cama achei bem ruim, ela era uma cama de casal (acredito que eram duas de solteiro), com isso, elas criavam um buraco no meio.

HOTEL PRECISA DE MELHORIAS
Hotel bem localizado e funcionários atenciosos, mas mesmo levando o nome da avenida Litorânea, deixa a desejar em suas instalações e serviços. Primeiro a garagem fica no térreo e não possui nenhum portão que ofereça um mínimo de segurança na chegada/saída. Precisei reservar um quarto com adicional de camas de solteiro, mesmo sendo em cômodo anexo não possuía ar condicionado, para não deixar meu filho dormir no calor precisamos dormir apertados com ele na nossa cama. O colchão da cama de casal todo inclinado de um lado devido ao desgaste por ser muito antigo, o que me rendeu uma dor nas costas ao acordar, o banheiro precisa urgente de reforma pois o revestimento antigo já se encontra todo encardido, o que o deixou com mau cheiro. O café da manhã com pouca variedade e nenhuma opção para intolerante alimentar, um sufoco pra pedir o preparo de alimento, as cozinheiras quiseram recusar pois estavam recebendo uma caravana pra tomar café, mas reclamei e elas "gentilmente" fizeram ovos e tapioca sem manteiga. Enfim, ficam as sugestões de melhoria para os próximos hóspedes.
