Funcionarios mal educados
Funcionarias mal educadas e tratando hospedes com cara feia e grosseria. O andar que fiquei estava em obras, não comunicaram, e todos os dias as 8 da manhã tinha som alto dos pedreiros, maquinas ligadas. A Camareira destrancou a porta e entrou no quarto sem bater enquanto eu dormia. Quase morri de susto. E pra completar esquecemos uma blusa no quarto, logo retornei para retirar e perguntar, disseram que mão encontraram nada. Decepcionante a experiência.

O hotel fica um pouco distante do centro da cidade, mas em uma localização, o café da manhã é maravilhoso com muitas variedades de frutas, bolos, queijos, pães, sucos, etc. A cama era bem confortável e o quarto com um tamanho bom. Achei os carpetes dos corredores descuidados, merecem uma atenção ou até mesmo serem trocados. Os recepcionistas são bem atenciosos, porém poderiam se empenhar mais em buscar informações junto aos diversos setores da cidade para repassar aos hóspedes. Os achei mal informados e desinteressados quando pedi umas orientações.

Bom serviço e custo benefício.
Fui no fim de semana para participar de uma competição e passear pela região. o tempo que passei no hotel foi para descanso. Nesse ponto foi tranquilo e agradável. O café da manhã é muito bem servido. E tem sempre um café para receber quem chega em qualquer horário.

Experiência triste, chegamos e fomos atendidos por funcionários nada empáticos, com uma grande falta de vontade de trabalhar, nao passaram horarios, nada, deu um papel e falou que todas informações estavam ali, o elevador velho, os corredores extremamente velhos, antigos, porta do quarto com a fechadura quebrada, dentro do quarto bem antigo, tomadas soltas, colchão maior que o box que o apoiava, com um buraco no meio do colchão...toalhas sofríveis, estacionamento lotado, a unica coisa boa foi o café da manha. Enfim, experiência pra nunca mais repetir.

Foi boa, exceto pelo atendimento horrível que recebi da recepção no primeiro dia, que quando eu só ligava algo ela ficava usando o celular, e respondendo de forma seca! Inclusive passando informação errado de o café da manhã era das 6:30 às 7:00! E quanto às demais reclamações ela não quis saber de resolver!, quando aos demais tive uma boa experiência. Ademais de esperar mais de um quarto suite. Que não entregou oque era esperado
