I love this place. Whenever I'm in Brazil i stay here because it's close to my kids house snd I can meet up with them for dinner anywhere in the city within minutes. Plus I'm from the US so I love their breakfast. Nice central location.

Bonito e bem localizado, mas com problemas
Bela decoração, muito bem localizado com acesso a ao comércio em geral, incluindo mercados, farmácias e ótimos restaurantes no entorno, apesar da quantidade de mendigos em volta. Para acessar o estacionamento do hotel tem que sair do carro e ir até a recepção pedir a liberação, o que é ruim, isso quando não está lotado e tem que estacionar em um conveniado ao lado do hotel. Elevador social estava estragado, funcionando somente o de serviço que, com frequência, estava lotado ou sendo utilizado pelo pessoal da limpeza com carrinhos de limpeza, demorando até 15 minutos para eu conseguir descer, o que foi péssimo. Acabou a luz no hotel e o único elevador que funcionava também deixou de funcionar por algum tempo, sendo obrigado a subir 5 andares pela escada. Aparelho da academia é um multifuncional bem simples e limitado (não recomendo), com apenas uma esteira funcionando, sem outros diferenciais como piscina ou sauna. O hotel em geral é bom, mas o problema do elevador fez da estadia uma experiência péssima.

O hotel é muito bom, mas só está com um elevador em funcionamento, e pelo que vi está nesta situação já tem muito tempo. Eu esperava média de 10 min por um elevador, e somente o de serviço está disponível.

Ótimo hotel mas com desatenção dos funcionários
No geral foi uma boa experiência, mas alguns pontos valem a pena serem mensionados: houveram alguns erros graves por parte da atendente da recepção que ao fazer o check in nos deu a chave de um quarto que ainda não estava desocupado, os pertences do hóspede ainda estavam no quarto e graças a Deus ele não estava no momento, pq poderia gerar uma situação bem desconfortável, voltamos na recepção e a situação foi solucionada, a mesma atendente nos informou o horário errado do café da manhã que por pouco não perdemos, e por fim a demora por parte do responsável pelo estacionamento em abrir o portão da garagem para guardarmos o nosso carro.
