"Hotel looks brand new. Super clean and close to the airport, so ideal for our last night in Portugal. The only downside was that it was far from the main old town areas and not very walkable to find a place for dinner."

"We had a clean spacious room with a great view. The staff was exceptionally friendly storing our luggage so we could explore the city. The hotel is right by one of the trolley 28 termination points. Easy walk to several squares, lookout points and an elevator. Recommend buying 24 hour metro pass and exploring Lisbon using the Mundial as a home base. I believe it works on the elevator too."

"Great airport hotel. The property is beautiful, outside and inside, and well maintained. Rooms are small, but that's Portugal. Only complaint is my shower door was VERY hard to open (it sticks due to the bottom door seal). They have a nice little restaurant/cafe. Airport shuttle is well organized, but you have to reserve it."

"I highly recommend this amazing hotel. We arrived during the blackout last week and the staff were very accommodating, understanding, and compassionate to travelers. The hotel is in a really great location, within walking distance of Parque Eduardo, the metro station, with plenty of shopping and dining options. I couldn't believe how quiet the rooms were. I could not hear a thing from the neighbors, and the only time you could hear the street below was if the window was open. The mild climate did make sleeping with the window open a wonderful treat. I would certainly stay at Locke de Santa Joana again and would recommend it to the travelers. "

"Not very far from the old city, and either a taxi or Uber will get you anywhere without raiding the bank! We had a problem with the shower stall. Water was leaking onto the floor. We did report this, but not much was done to fix it. "
