"Staff is very eager to pleaae. Property is 'daily clean', but it needs a good detailing. Marble floors are dull, brass and chrome could be much better, Areas with low foot traffic seem neglected. Back of house areas have debris, old furnishings, need help. It seems the hotel may be struggeling with the slow tourism revival after Covid."

"We spent 4 nights at the Glorious Hotel and Spa while visiting family members in a village about 90 minutes away. The tasty breakfast got us off to a good start each morning and it was a pleasure to return to our room each evening and take a dip in the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. Our one critique was the beds. Our group had a total of five rooms and each bed was rock hard. All in all, we were satisfied with our stay and would book here again. Thank you!"
